My weight-loss journey starts now!
Hey all of you lovely people~
So I have decided to lose 15lbs (idk how many kg's i am american ><)
Right now I am over weight nbot by much according to my official bmi plus..
I kinda just want to feel good about myself, you know?
I have set a goal to do this and I want to lose 15lbs by August/Sept when I go back to school so thats a pretty long time...
I am only doing this for myself and noone else. I really am done trying to impress people...
I kinda just want to impress myself...

(by 'bothers' I mean: OHMIGAWD YOU ARE TOO SKINNY YOU DONT LOSE WEIGHT YOU ARE GOING TO BECOME ANOREXIC GAH)
I currently weigh 130lbs so I want to get between 120-115.
I hope I encourage others to do this too, it is proven that eating healthier and losing weight makes you feel happier, less tired, less stressed, etc.
So i have started working out every other day starting with 20 minutes per day. And I have cut out my junk food intake. I havent eaten Mcdonalds our anything along the lines of Wendys, etc. for 2 months now. (arent you proud? It was really hard for me at first but now it doesnt bother me. Its cool :))
And I am trying to fit into these one pair of highwaisted shorts I used to wear and now i dont fit into them. So thats a goal too~!
I also want to dye my hair again..I havent dyed it for almost 2 years now...I really like my hair dark brown.
I just want to feel more confident, like I said so...I hope this works...
