"And You" Stories

Can I just..say something really quick?

Can I just omfg okay so I THINK I might be okay with the, "Taeil and You"/"Zico and You"/"Key/Jonghyun/Hoon/Kevin/Xander and You" stories if they weren't like all exactly the same?

Like I'm not trying to put down any of the writers or anything but first of all every time I read a story with any person in K-Pop or K-Rap and they're supposed to be dating you, it seems like the plot is always the same. Some special occasion, you're meeting up with your boyfriend and celebrating and this and that. It's all the same like I just.. I can't. Omfg. //explodes

But then let's talk about the most important factor in this equation.

I. AM A BOY.

I am a very queer little er but as GAY as I AM, I have not seen ONE "(Name) and You" story where the YOU is a boy.

Now, LAST TIME I CHECKED, most of the stories people seem to create are . But when it comes to "(Name) and You" stories, heeeell naw all that is straight as hell.

Like I'm sorry but I cannot fulfill my Taeil dating fantasies if I am supposed to be a GIRL in these stories when I'm NOT A GIRL.

We boys need some love too and I KNOW all these writers like so make some ones for my poor soul. Basically I can't read these because the story isn't actually ABOUT me because I'm not a GIRL.

Omfg okay I just needed to get that off my chest, sorry for ranting, I just..omf. Guhhhhh //explodes again

When you see Taeil right after the controversy, he seems smaller than the last time you saw him. He's a bit skinnier, a bit paler; his cheeks aren't the same ones you liked to press your fingers to, watch them indent upon touch, and feel them move with his slight smile. No, this isn't the same Taeil you saw before he left for Thailand; he's a shell, movements more cautious kind of like walking dead. He's quiet, too, but he's not afraid.

You reach out for his hand, give it a small squeeze, and he grins back at you. "You look good," he says, voice soft in the silence of the room. He sits on the hotel bed with you, television just a hum of background noise, and you enjoy this moment with him.

Maybe you're not the best boyfriend to him; you think you don't deserve his tiny grins or the pictures of his dogs filling up the memory of your phone when he's away visiting his family. You try now, though, to comfort him when he's down, at his very worst. "You too," you say, and he squeezes your hand back.
