My 14-year-old niece is angry with me because I 'hurt' her. It started out with us making a wish on a stupid tree branch that she found claiming that it looked like a wish bone. I said my wish out loud (I wished for Super Junior to come to Guam hehe^^) and she told me that she didn't want to say her wish out loud because she thought I would think it was silly (did that make sense?) So I repeatedly asked her to tell me but she would always refuse, we broke the stick and she began walking into the house, I poked her side with the stick and she turned around and SHOVED me. So I, assuming that the smile on her face meant that we were still messing around, shoved her back causing her to fall and hit her knee on a rock. She got so upset and I felt so bad. I repeatedly said i was sorry, but i dont think i was completely at fault. So i am genuinly asking anyone who reads this. Am i wrong for pushing her back? I really do feel bad, but at the same time, i cant help thinking that its her fault for shoving me first.
