Questions to video editors, or generally to anyone who knows about video editing softwares

1. What software/s do you use?

2. If you know about these softwares enough: Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere CS6? I am an amateur by the way.

3. How long does it take for you to edit a 2 minute video? What if 6 minutes?

4. Have you ever done a news broadcast video edit before?

5. Music! How do you find them? Or create?

6. Any examples of your works? I won't request, I just want to see your style, layout, etc ^^

2. Well, I think I do.

3. it can take up to 30 minute or even 4 hours if you want it done nicely for a 2-3 minutes video. 6 minutes is nearly impossible because photoshop won't render the video.

5. Get it from my library and just insert it there or if I want a sound effect, I'll go youtube and convert the video into mp3.

1. Adobe Premiere/ WMM when my adobe crashes.
2. I'm not really sure, but Adobe Premiere kinda lags (or maybe it's just my computer) but I've seen most people using Sony Vegas. Not really sure on Final Cut Pro hmm.
3. a 2 minute video usually takes me a few hours cos I want everything to fit. I've never tried 6 minutes before. I'm quite a newbie as well.

5. Youtube and I use snip mp3 for conversion. Youtube really is a magical place haha.

For your assignment? GOOD LUCK! I'm not a pro but... I suggest creating one yourself or mashing together songs.

2. I know them but never got the chance to test them.
3. Since I'm a perfectionist to stuff like these, I take quite some time, like two days.

5. I convert it from a YT video to MP3
