Some part of this were I found in the Internet somewhere.. (SO, CREDITS TO THEM!.) And some were from me and some is really a fact at SMEnt.
I am entering in SMEnt. with a friend... I am helping her out, for her dream, and I am also doing this for my dream too! :) but what I am worried about is the contract. If you're not 'fully Korean' they can easily end your contract on SMEnt and can ban you anytime (when you debut) , if they didn't like your presence (in the group) and your fandom is poor (I meant not much fans, like that) and what I am also afraid of is they treat you like a piece of sh*t (excuse my words XD) if you're stubborn and a foreign trainee or whether other Asian trainee.
And also SMEnt.. Gets your salary. And you only get 1/4 of it. Well, it means though that out of 100% is you only get 30% and 70% of goes to SMEnt and some of it to your manager, yeah, it's unfair but that's how Sm manages it.
Mostly, SM is more interested in 'looks' and 'charm' but I don't care. I'm auditioning for myself and I can get beautiful in surgeries and make up. XD lol.
And when you get into trainee days... You'll get frustrated everyday feeling and questioning yourself if you will ever debut in first 3months of training. You'll get tired of training but you must stay strong and believe in yourself. You train yourself for 14-16 hours a day. Which means you sign in at 8am and sign out at 10pm or 12am. Well, 10pm is the earliest that you can leave coz mostly trainees like to train up to 12am somelike they could practice more. And every at the end of the month representatives come at SmEnt. so you must stay at SmEnt coz they need to know if you improved or not, for them to judge whether you can debut sooner or later.
But I am also afraid that I'll be called with attitude problems, coz mostly, SM Artists are known for attitude problems, for example.. Being selfish, blah blah blah.
But what made me enter SMEnt is I really like the artists there, coz you will surely be famous worldwide. XD idk. I want to prove my dad that I will work hard for them :)
