◄ height and weight - 173cm ; 56kg

◄ extra -

Misoo's an innocent looking girl. She seems gentle, but also very strong. She looks as though she is sure of herself and everything around her. Her hair is normally kept long and wavy, but sometimes she will straighten it, making it appear even longer. She is quite thin but she does have some muscle built after years of dance. She has no tattoos and no piercings. Her eyes are quite dark, almost black.

◄ style -

To disguise Misoo's more than obvious unhappiness, she wears eyecatching patters, such as polk-a-dots and floral print. It would be unusual to find her in colors not seen in nature. From flowers to the dirt to the ocean, if its the right shade, she'll weat it. She avoids anything too bright an eyecatching, not wanting to draw attention to her, but to more or less blend in. She dresses as a ballet dancer would, delicate and soft. Misoo dresses casual and comfortable, often something with a girlish feel to it. She always trys her hardest to dress presentable, but not to look as though she tries too hard, because she doesn't try very hard.

◄ personality -

Misoo has a very strong strong will. She knows whats right and knows whats wrong. She isn't afraid to speak whats on her mind, but almost never says anything mean or nasty. That is unless she gets angry. Her insecurity often gets the best out of her and a sarcastic comment about her could blow a fume. When she's angry she will blow up at you, letting her emotions take over her words. She will often say things she doesn't mean, getting her in troulesome situations. She calms down quickly though and always apologizes. When she first meets strangers, she is very awkward with them. She has lost her skills in small talk, as she mostly only talks to her best friends, people sho's more comfortable talking to about anything. She will try her hardest though to talk to them if they want to talk and she will most likely stay kind to them. (Unless, you know, they make her angry.) Her close friends consider her great to be aronud, as she has a great sense of humor and laughs at almost anything. Even lame jokes. As rough as she is on the outside, she's very pure on the inside, just a young girl scared and alone. Her roughness is pretty hard to break through and it may need some persistence.

Being an ex-dancer, her body was trained to be graceful with her every move. From the way she walks to the way she sits up to the way she smiles, everything is charming. Misoo was raised to always use manners. She is respectful to people she doesn't know, considering them over herself. She takes in events that happen to her calmly and doesn't easily react to things the same way most girls ger age would. For example, when she's scared, she may start laughing and crying... at the same time. Misoo feels guilty that she was the cause of her fathers nine years of hardships. She knows that she was the cause of the shattering of her family and hates herself for it. That feeling may have carried on though, as if something goes wrong in her life, she will often blame herself for it, putting herself down and lowering her self esteem. Misoo is often lost in thought, thinking about the burdens she's past on to people and if she should leave, afraid to cause any more trouble to people. She really loves her friends and would never want to hurt them, as they are the closest thing she has left to family, but if she feels that she causes them pain, she would leave without hesitation

It's very obvious for people to tell that Misoo is sad. Although it is covered up but antidepressants and a fake smile, it still shows in her eyes. Her eyes reek of unhappiness. Of miserey, of depression. They are sad, tired eyes that look as though they will cry at any minute. Most people who see Misoo don't point this out, as they try to encourage her positive feelings. Misoo knows that she isn't getting any better though. She crys every night, thinking about her life and what it could have been. She regrets becoming a dancer but feel its the only connection she has to her family.

likes -

Chamomile Tea: No matter what she's doing or what time of the year it is, chamomile tea always finds its way to her. It relaxes her. Her father first introduced her to it, as it was her fathers favorite drink as well.

Swimming: Misoo loves to be in the water. It's where she is most comfortable. She feels more open and happy in the water. She isn't sure whether its because of the exciting chill it gives her or the possible dangers she may face, but she loves it.

Books: Novels are her escape from the real world. The take her to a place far from home. A place that she can always leave if things aren't okay. A place where she cal always return to if things are perfect.

Classical Music: This is the music she grew up listening to, something her heart has learned to love and embrace. When it comes to practicing her dance, she will listen to classical.

Photography: Back when Misoo still attended dance school, there was often a photography studio that would come and take pictures of the dancers. The pictures had been more than beautiful, even mesmorizing. She had wished to look as marvelous as the dancers did as well as create such breathtaking pictures.

Joe Hisaishi: He is Misoo's favorite composer. She finds his music powerful and heartfelt, as though it tells a story within every note. If there's ever a day when she is feeling down, she will listen to him.

◄ dislikes -

Rollercoasters: The thrill of moving fast and making unexpected drops may be exciting to some, but to Misoo, it is a terrifying experience.

Being called a ballerina: She considers her past work a form of art and believes that its disrespectful to call it such degrading terms, as it isn't child play, but the work og ambitious women, living out their dream.

Being in the spotlight: The last thing Misoo wants to be the center of attention. She prefers to stay in the background, unnoticed.

Small talk: Misoo is awful at small talk. When she makes an attempt at it, she is ultimately unsuccessful, making the situation she's in extremely awkward.

Crowds: Being in crowds makes Misoo feel more alone in the world than she already is. Most of the time she will avoid crowds all together.

Having her picture taken: Misoo feels awkward in pictures. She feels that her expression is always the least satisfying.

◄ hobbies -

Dancing: Even though she's given up on her dancing lifestyle, it's still a part of her. She often uses it as a stress reliever, but doesn't do it as frequent as she normally would, still determined to give up on dancing.

Exercise: As an ex-ballet dance, she lived her life trying to stay fit and maintain a healthy image. She didn't plan to throw away years of dance routines for nothing. Although she doesn't exercise as much as she used to, she has grown accustomed to making sure that she walks at least three miles everyday. It gives her time to think to herself or not think at all. It's peaceful and calming, an atmosphere she wishes always exsisted in her life.

Playing the piano: Not too long after discovering her passion for classical music and dance did she learn how to play the piano. Although she doesn't consider herself good at it, she is fairily skilled, making every song she plays sound as graceful and mesmerizing as the hands that play it.

Taking pictures: After being introduced to photography, she got herself a camera and started taking pictures. Of course her pictures are not the quality of a professional photographers, but its a start to perfection in her eyes.

Writing Stories: Sometimes, Misoo will use her spare time to write stories about what her life could have been like if her family had still been alive. She likes to have imagined how she could have been and what she could have done. It makes sad moments seem happier.

◄ habits -

Jumping to conclusion: Normally Misoo will automatically assume that if something isn't right, it is probably because of the worst possible reason.

Laughing at random things: Misoo often will laugh at things she finds cute or funny, which are a lot of things. Although Misoo can extract a variety of different kinds of laughs, her laugh is often a soft and sad one.

When Miso is alone she will talk to herself. Not full blown conversations, but just talking to herself, like a one way phone. She will call herself things like stupid and troublesome or laugh at herself for being foolish, saying things like "Why are you so foolish, Misoo." If there are people around her she will often think it in her head, causing people to believe that she is spacing out.

◄ trivia -

When it comes to novels, she likes to read genres such as Realistic Fiction and Fantasy ~ Her favorite book at the moment is Werewolf Boy. It is her favorite because of how beautifully it conveys love and tragedy.

Besides the few close friends she has, Misoo doesn't really have a roundabout circle of friends. Especially after quitting dance school.

Misoo really likes to take pictures of nature. Especially flowers or like leaves and trees blowing in the wind. It reminds her of the beauty in ballet, the chilling passion.

into your world

◄ story of her life -

Misoo has wanted to dance ever since she was a little girl, a dream her parents supported. Once she was old enough to go to school, her parents enrolled her into a dance academy in Incheon, where she began taking ballet courses. Her friend recidal was when she was 10 years old. She had begged her parents to go. Her father had to work, so it was just her mother and older brother who would come. That night they died in a car crash. No matter how much Misoo blamed herself, her father assured her that it wasn't her fault and that every thing happened for a reason. She never believed him though. She knew that the pain in his heart was something she caused. She hated herself the most for that. He pushed her to not give up on her dream, to keep dancing. So she did. They moved to Seoul, where her father felt she had more oppurtunities. Once enrolled in a higher classed dance academy, she fit in like a key. Misoo danced for the next nine years. She worked hard and always practiced. She almost always had dancing on her mind. Misoo never forgot her family though. With every medal earned, she always thought about what it would be like to see her mother proud of her, to see her brother for being a ballerina. She knew she was sad and it hurt. It hurt so badly that Misoo made sure that she had no time to feel sadness. She covered her emotions with dance. She cried with her feet and screamed with her body. Misoo participated in many dance recitals and competitions, earning quite the collection of medallions. Her life changed though when she graduated high school. Misoo's father was diagnosed with lung cancer. He knew he would die. He tried to urge her to ocntinue her dreams even when he was gone, reassuring her that she hsf so much to live for. But the day he died, so did the old Misoo. She swore that she would never dance again and quit dance school. She didn't even want to live. But a friend of hers (the motherly figure) forced her to make an appointment with a grief counselor, worried over Misoo's life. When Misoo visited a grief counselor, she had been officially diagnosed with depression. Not too long after her diagnosis did she see a phyciatrist who had put her on antidepressants. She has been taking them ever since. The antidepressants kind of helped. Misoo didn't feel the need to die. She wanted to live. She wanted to keep living for her father. But that didn't mean that she didn't question her life frequently; was she wasting away, was she really living her life, should she even try. Misoo hasn't moved out of the house she and her father lived in, not able to gather the courage to move on. She has been working at a cafe where she had been earning just enough money to take care of herself. Besides visits from her friends, she doesn't really interact with people anymore.

what is love

◄ the love interest - The Mysterious B-Boy

► name - Sehun

► age - 19

► personality -

Sehun is quiet and calm. He doesn't easily show his emotions though. If he has motivation, he can really be determined to do something. Even though he's lived a rough life, he doesn't not want to live. He feels that there really is a purpose in his life, but he just hasn't found it yet. He truely loves to dance and the freedom to express himself with his body. When Sehun dances, he turns into a completely different person. He looks really alive, as though he has just woken up from a long dream.

Sehun is very kind to others, more often then not considering their feelings when he speaks. Although he doesn't say much, he has a way of soothing the atmosphere. It isn't the words he speaks, but the the actions he makes and the look in his eyes of pure empathy that can calm someone.

◄ how they met - (Was I allowed to do this? It said if they met before Jeju but I didn't know)

They met at Jeju island. Sehun came across Misoo who had been crying on a park bench at night. He offered her a hankercheif, in which she cried even more. In response, he sat next to her and she cried on his shoulder. During all of this, he said nothing. After calming down. she thanked him and introduced herself. Of course, quite bad at small talk, the conversation ended very quickly with an awkward silence. Instead of calling her weird, he gave her his number telling her to call him if she ever needed a shoulder again.

◄ how they act around each other - (how he and she are like when they're together; basically they're relationship with one another)

► he - Sehun has a very strong interest in Misoo and feels completely comfortable opening up to her. Although he is quiet and appears emotionless, she opens him up to more emotions that even even he wasn't aware that he had. To play off the feelings, he will often do lame flirting, which she often brushes off, thinking that he is joking, probably due to his inexperience and expressing his emotions.

► she -  Although Misoo was reluctant to open up to Sehun at first, she learned that he wasn't such a bad guy and grew to trust him. With trust, she lets him in on her past. Sehun may even change Misoo's longing feeling of guilt towards her family. Her small crush for him will grow but she continuously believes that he has no real interest in her.

◄ their love story -

As they talked more, they learned all the little things they had in common, their bond growing. Sehun didn't realize that his interest for Minsoo was a crush until he truly saw her smile. Minsoo had known she would like him since the first time he made her heart beat. That had been an accidental hug/ sheild to protect her from ____ (something little, not extremely harmful, just like a water splash or something.) When Sehun first learns that she did ballet, he alughed at her calling her a "ballerina" and asing her if she dressed up "like a princess." This ultimately angered Misoo causing her to lash out at him and riducule his B-Boy dancing. They got into quite the argument until Misoo started laughing at how ridiculus the situation was. Thats when they realized how similar their love for dance was. (You can change it if you like, I know, I'm cliche lame sometimes ;-;

Also, at the cafe they visit frequently, the waiter flirts with Misoo a lot, causing Sehun to get really jealous. He of course gets in a prickly mood and snaps at Misoo, causing her to storm off. This of course leaves Sehun feeling guilty and forced to get past his emotions to apologize to Misoo... if he can.

◄ ending - Surprise Me

talk that

◄ baby don't cry -

► what are some songs she likes to dance to? - Kaze No Torimichi, Hana-Bi, Dragon Boy

► Are there anymore events that led up to her depression? - It is nothing specific. Or maybe it's everything. When her classmates would talk about their older siblings, it drew her further into depression. If she passed a mother and child on the street, it dug her even deeper. Sometimes it would be her own thoughts.

► What does she do when she is at her most depressed state? - She finds a secluded place, lies on the ground, watches the sky, and cries. She used to never allow herself to cry, probably because of years of staying strong for her father. But whenever she couldn't handle it, she would go somewhere out of sight and cry.

But sometimes, when she's really at her breaking point, she will dance. She dances and dances and dances. Even though she decided to quit, she knows its the only real thing that puts her heart at ease. It was only once before that she was at her breaking point though. It was after her fathers death. She dance and cried for hours. It was not too long after she stopped that she decided to quit.

► In what ways does her love interest comfort her? - He will hug her. Thats it. He will just hold her in a tight embrace and let her cry her eyes out, reassuring her that its okay to cry because she will always have someone to be their for her.

► In Jeju, where does she like to meet 'the mysterious b-boy' regularly? - Regularily, they will meet at the park they met. If they don't want to be outside, they will meet a cafe nearby the park.
