Seriously...no one knows what happened.

The thing is that the two songs only have similarities in the chorus.

The those songs are both in different key's (bother searching the sheets and looking at  the obvious differences in the music notes there).

The tempo of both songs are different too.

Also the lyrics are different too.

In the edited video , Luis Miguels- Vuelve is a live recording where the tempo is different than the original audio version because it is played by a live band...and if you listen  Shinee's dream girl part the tempo is modified to match the others songs tempo.Saying that S.M Entertainment plagiarised it is in  the first place a big bull( in my oppinion)...they also confirmed it.

Also everybody whose thinking that S.M Ent. one of the biggest entertainment in South Korea would need to plagiarised or even buy songs should be ashamed of themselves. In the music industry were always these kind of  coinsidences...they say that great minds think alike...
Even in these kind of situations we, Shawols should stand in the first place beside ShiNee and abviously S.M Ent. too.
They are many fans disliking Luis Miguels songs on youtube.I think they should consider what they are doing is not really the best choice of protesting or disagreeing with the statements.
I don't know why, I am not really the person who writes these kind of thing but this made me a bitt mad...and abviously it is apearing after Jonghyun's car accident and yeah the impact was a bit big.
