Threating to attack America isn't the wisest idea. Same goes for declaring war on South Korea... South Korea has an alliance with America. You attackAmerica your gonna end up like Japan, with no army.  Just think about who you wanna attack before you humiliate yourself and get your handed to you by America and South Korea... 

The leader needs to be given a bottle and put down for his nap.
