i thought those were like the electronic cigarettes, minus the smoke. because those have different flavors too but they still have nicotine.

uh... its actually an electronic cigarette which functions pretty much like a cigarette minus the horrible smoke that normal cigarettes have and its usually used when one wants to quit smoking if i'm not wrong....
