HaeSong is a girl that people love and hate. People love her for her attitude towards elderly until youngsters but people hate her for her tomboy-ish appearance and cold aura. If she's with people her age, she will be nice as well. When she's at school, she will be with her school friends and away from other students and queenkas. HaeSong was a bit sad because students keep their distance from her because of her cold aura. Teachers love her because she loves doing work for them and never complains about the work they give her. Even though her idol friends are older than her, she doesn't call them 'oppa'. Only certain idols she will call them 'oppa'. Since N and Aron are the only two that uses stage names, HaeSong calls them by their real names like 'Hakyeon-ah' and 'Youngmin-ah'.

Ever since HaeSong was 13, Sunggyu and their cousin Lee Donghae had to care for HaeSong due to busy fashion tours around the world. At that time, Donghae already debut in Super Junior so, she was often brought to music shows, outings, variety shows and many more. She even went overseas. Also, that time Sunggyu was a trainee so, he couldn't meet up with HaeSong often. From 2007 until 2010, HaeSong was the one making the concepts for each comeback for Super Junior. At that time, HaeSong was also SJ's fashion designer and hair stylist. She maybe young that time but her mind was filled with ideas. In 2010, Sunggyu debut in INFINITE. HaeSong and Donghae were proud of Sunggyu for debuting under the company he dreamt to be in. In 2011, INFINITE made 4 comebacks and 1 win for 'Be Mine'. Sunggyu was proud of s because they worked hard to achieve this win and thankful to hsi fans, friends and family for supporting INFINITE from debut until now.
