Well there are two things that hit me hard when I read them...
In Bad behavior we've got the moment when Junhong confronts all his family in the trial and how he stands up for what he thinks even if he was taught between money and bad morals; how he learnt by himself (and with Yongguk's help) what's important in life even if his parents are how we know we are.
Then, in Requiem, the relationship between Daehyun and Youngjae is beautiful. Two boys who grew isolated and that are alone in life, and how they learn to trust each other and to love even if they didn't receive love before.
I find those things quite interesting to write about and I think you described them well in your fanfics n_n
