Kwon Jooyeon or simply Joo is a very lovable girl due to her fun and bright personality. She's very sweet, outgoing and fun loving bur she's actually very shy to people she's unfamiliar with. Because of this, other people thinks she's an ice princess because she's very quiet. But if Jooyeon is comfortable, she will be able to express herself more. She likes to cheer the people around her up. She jst loves seeing the smile on their faces. It's like her energy source. It makes her really happy especially when she knows she's the reason for their smiles. That's one of the reasons why she wanted to become an idol. Now, her mature side~! Jooyeon can be too happy for her own good but you can still talk to her. She will always be there for you whenever you need her. Background: 

Kwon Jooyeon was born in the beautiful city of Seoul, South Korea. But for some business-related reasons, their family moved to the Philippines. Jooyeon was raised in a rather normal but happy family. Her father worked hard as a businessman and her mother as a shoe designer. Jooyeon was an only child. She finds it pretty lonely when she's alone in their house with their maids. She always wanted to have older siblings. But there are times that she doesn't and makes her thankful that she's the only child due to her friends' complaints haha.

Anyways, Jooyeon and her parents moved back to Seoul when she turned 12. That's when she met Daehyun, her bestfriend. Even if he's 2 years older than her, they became friends. ​How Do You Get Into Woolim?: 

Jooyeon and Daehyun signed up as a duo in this singing competition. Their duo the champion because these two stood out. One of the judges was actually a scouting agent from TS. He asked the kids if they wanted to be trainees and they accepted. But after 10 months of training in TS, Jooyeon switched to Woolim Ent. 

Trainee Life:

2 years and 10 months of training was not really easy for Joo. She had to balance studies and training so it was really quite hard. But thanks to the people who believes in her, she was able to make it. They cheered her up when she was in the verge of giving up.
