110928 FIRST KOREAN CLASS C:

I am going to type this of what I was supposed to type for yesterday. xD OKAY...

TODAY I went to my first Korean Class! XD

At first I was nervous because I am going to be in a class with LEGIT KOREANS and might embarrass myself. >.<
But when I walked in, i see a mixed group of people and that worry flew away. I saw (Sorry to be Racist but I am just describing) 3 People were white, 1 girl was black, 1 was Filipino, and group of Chinese people. There were also Legit Korean People. xD

In the Korean culture, you must introduce yourself to new people so the sunbaes of my class said Hello to me and ALL WE TALKED ABOUT WAS  KPOP!! xD I found girls who like SHINee - Taemin and Minho, a girl who likes DBSK and a girl who likes Infinite - L. XD Then a (black) girl... SHE'S VERY NICE... asked me of my nationality/ethnicity and I said CHINESE. She asked "Canto or Mando?" and I was like... "Canto" and she BURSTS OUT OF NOWHERE "YOU HAVE A BIG " in Cantonese! And We all laughed soo hard. xD HAHA. Good times.

Then we learned.

We learned an Insa (인사 Greeting) of saying "Teacher, How are you?" (선생님 , 안녕하세요!) DON'T FORGET TO BOW AND SMILE!!

And where it's time to go the teacher says "차렷! 인사!" (Attention! Greetings!).
Then, the students say, "선생님 , 안녕히 겨세요!" (Saying bye to the teacher when you're leaving)

THEN WE LEARED INTRODUCTIONS.

You say your name, school, grade and hobby or something you like.

Like this:

안녕하세요! 제 이름은 _______ 임니다!                    Annyeonghaseyo! Je ireumeun _______ imnida!

_______ 학교 에 다녀요. ________ 학년 이에요.         ________ hakgyo e danyeoyo. ________  haknyeon ieyo.

_______ 좋아해요.                                                  __________ johahaeyo.

Hehe. and guess what I said for my last sentence?! XD

I SAID THIS:

음악 좋아해요! 샤이니, 소녀시대 그리고 유키스 좋아해요!

I like music. I like SHINee, SNSD and U-Kiss. xD

ㅋㅋㅋ and the teacher was impressed. xD

So if there are any Korean classes nearby.. DON'T BE AFRAID TO JOIN THEM. They are friendly and it's a good place to talk about Kpop! xD

PS. The awesome part was when I heard a real korean conversation and heard the teacher mention SNSD and Kpop. xD

yup, yup, Korean classes are fun! I went to mine today keke. Though it's in Japanese and I'm not really sure if anybody has much of an interest in Kpop there yet since we don't really get a chance to talk(the class is big and the teacher is strict).

But you can already write Korean?! lol, I don't know if you need a basic class...but maybe it's not basic?
