MY FIRST BLOG ENTRY !!!!! ever... ;D

First blog entry…. ever… ; D

LOL.. What a title for a blog entry? ..

Forgive me it’s my first time anyways… ;D

Aigoo~~~~

Everyday on my way to both school and home I would often see Korean. Sometimes even in lunch!!!!

;D but lately that smiley turned into this one ;<. Seeing them on streets and closer made me realize how ignorant I am with the little knowledge that I have.

On my way home, my friends and I rode a bus and sat at the back portion of it. there was a vacant seat beside a Korean guy who looked like Yonghwa and Min-woo from boy friend. His face and facial features are from yonghwa except the size of the eyes, it was min-woo’s. His eyes looked like he just woke-up and or the eyes of a person who’s very sleepy. I would sometime steal glances at him but I would immediately blush. Sometimes he would try to steal a nap but then I saw him solving algebraic problems so I decided to keep quiet and not disturb him. When I sat beside him he was talking to someone over his cell phone.

yonghwa's face shape ;D head shape ;D

and his eyes ;D

he looks so amazing and cute ;D

i think that he is kind of funny as well, but he gives me the Joo Ji hoo vibe ( BOF )

so i don't know ;D

I don’t know if it was my lucky day, but the usual 30 minute bus ride became an hour and 30 minutes ride home. I actually didn’t want to step down that bus because it seemed like I was in a Korean tourist bus. I looked around and realized that almost everyone around or near our seats were mostly Koreans.

I plugged my ear phones on and I realized that I was singing the lyrics out loud. Since I’m not a native speaker of the language nor an educated individual about it, the words I spit are mostly gibberish. It was then that I noticed that there are two Koreans girls sitting parallel to me talking.

I thought that were talking about me. I kinda feel sad and embarrassed about it. I can’t understand what they’re saying. I don’t know if they’re making fun of me or what? From that I learned how stupid I look in front of them when I spoke those gibberish words. It is like watching them speak English when they don’t really know how to.

I want to study the language but I’m having problems with my statistics… ;(

I decided to study the language after I settled everything with my “academic subjects”.

After that incident, I realized why there are some people who don’t like kpop. It is because they can’t understand the language. I realized how blinded I was thinking that simply liking the music, the artist and the dance is enough for me to be satisfied. Somehow this affected my way of looking at kpop artist, it’s music and the people who listen to it as well…

Is it really worth the time?

The money?

The energy?

Can something that I don’t understand first hand do me really good?

Is depending my lifestyle on the foreigner’s way of life healthy for me?

I loved kpop and I still do, but thanks to this experience there are things that I realized.

Sometimes being a fan girl is not a question of liking the artist, the beats and the dance. It is about being able to understand and apply the teachings we learned from their songs in our real life.

Let your idols not just be your inspirations, but your REASONS for doing good and better in life.

Anyways, we’ll be having a skit about my “DESTINY” tomorrow for my class in PSYCHOLOGY of LEARNING ;p

Please wish us luck ;D

We’ll be having an F4 concept, because I used to call my “on the spot” crushes (Koreans) my DESTINY.. lol..

ALMOST PARADISE will be heard in our class tomorrow.. hahaha LOL.. ;D

I don’t want to go to my P.E. class tomorrow ;L
