Things I notice in Kdramas

Ok, so am I the only one that notices this? By the way this isn't a rant or hate post! In Kdramas I always see 1. Love triangle/square/octagon...you get it. 2. There's ALWAYS a twist & you end up like :O What just happened!?!?!?! 3. Someone always gets sick/injured/both 4. At one point, there's a hospital scene. 5. Even the character(s) you hate, SOMEHOW BY THE END, you actually kinda like them!

LOOL Obviously. Mostly all Mainstream K-Dramas are the same
As an Avid-Drama Watcher, You'll get used to it after awhile ;]

number 6: there has to be an airport scene LOL
number 7: the second male lead is almost always the nice, puppy-love guy who never gets the girl ;)

i think video games are real so i wonder if i watch drama or Kdrama i never seen it but ik there always the love triangle i love when that happens normal girl and popular boy and normal boy both like her lol
