Hmmm, can I ask you something? Are you advertising your story to get featured like it's a goal just for the hell of it? Or are you advertising it because you really want to show more people how great your story is.

Don't give up if it's the second option.

In fact even though I'm not a Top 100 Writer on this list, can I give you a bit of advice?

One thing you should do is connect more with other writers in the same fandoms that you write about and ask them if they can check out your story and ask them to comment with their opinion on how to improve (asking them to comment critically might be best). Also I never knew this until today but if you type in the search bar "advertise" or "advertising" there are many shops that help you advertise your story under certain conditions. If you need another option why not send links to new chapters of your stories onto social networking sites e.g Twitter, tumblr? That might help no? :3

I hope my advice gives you a bit of determination. Write for your own purpose, not entirely popularity. It's good to get your story out there.
