» personality  — 

putting her name into play, eunjung's name just seems to describe her perfectly. first up, let's start off with her surname, moon (문) or wén (文) in chinese. the meaning of moon and wén is no different from each other. they both mean the same thing — knowledge. just like her surname describes, eunjung is knowledgeable and intelligent. she tends to think, think and think once more before she does something, hesitating and considering thoroughly before taking action. she's logical and realistic, never letting her head wander off into it's own dream land. eunjung is great in math, therefore calculating and analysing is her forté. it's always a good idea to trust her judgement on things because she's seldom wrong. not one to dream, this girl is a thinker. she's always curious as to why and how things work, but she never dares to ask questions. instead, she'd rather sit in a corner to think and figure things out by herself. this is why she's always zoning out a lot. because she's thinking. 

moving on, we'll start on the second character of her name: eun (은) or en (恩) in mandarin. and what's the meaning of this particular character? grace. or charity. this is another part of eunjung, the part little people know about her because they don't bother to look deeper into her heart. on the inside, eunjung is compassionate. she enjoys helping people and she loves seeing a smile on other's faces. she's is a resident nice girl, always going out of her way to help. if she sees a lost puppy, that puppy would be going home with her to be taken care of. if an old lady's having trouble carrying her groceries, eunjung would be the first person to scramble to the elderly to lend a helping hand. she's a sweet goody two shoes, always playing by the rules. with a big heart, eunjung always forgives. no matter how big or how small your fault was. she's the kind who would dislike someone, but still help them out. it's really really reeeeeally difficult to get on her bad side because she simply doesn't have one; it actually takes a lot for her to hate something or someone. insects are in exception though. but then again, even though creepy crawlies irk her, she can't find it in herself to kill them.  

now we've come to the last character of her name, jung (정) or jing (靜). This one character describes her the best out of all the others in her name. jung/jing means serenity, or peace. yes, that's right. if you haven't caught on, eunjung is a quiet girl. in a group, she's always seen listening intently to what the others have to say, only opening to answer whenever she's prompted to speak. this girl loves taking stroll on the beach alone. with the sea breeze softly caressing her face and the calming sounds of the waves, she loves peace and quiet the most. easily satisfied, eunjung is content with whatever she has and doesn't demand for more. she doesn't take things for granted because she's been through a painful time in her life, turning her into a mature, sensible girl; although she doesn't look the part with her height. "simplicity is best" she always says. the more complicated things get, the more drama happens. 

eunjung isn't exactly a goddess or an angel. she too, is human. which means that she has her flaws too. one the biggest, most outstanding one that sticks out like a sore thumb is her lack of confidence. this girl is one who would walk with her head down and her shoulders slumped. even though she has an iq equivalent to einstein, eunjung doesn't seem to think of herself as the smartest girl on earth. in fact, she always denies it when people compliment her. she has  extremely low self esteem, always feeling inferior whenever she's around other people. hence, she's always shying away from big crowds, preferring to spend some quiet time alone. in actual fact, eunjung acts this way because she is afraid of rejection. she fears that she might not meet everyone's expectations and being called a failure. 

during the apocalypse, eunjung is of course afraid, just like how you would be too if you found out that zombies were taking over your life. but because of her smart nature, she's able to survive the ordeal till someone comes to help her. instead of slaughtering the undead beings, she makes it past by hiding and perfecting an anti-zombie fort. she isn't really the number one fan of killing the zombies (because of her fear of violence). and instead, she would play a doctor or nurse role if she must, helping to take care of the wounded uninfected humans.

strengths: eunjung is knowledgeable and intelligent; and she's also good to analysing. during the apocalypse, she's normally does the plannings and strategies instead of going out to fight.; she also know first aid. that's a strength, right?

weaknesses: she isnt one to kill. that's a weakness, i guess; also, eunjung lacks self confidence.; she's pretty introverted, and find it difficult to make friends easily. 

» trivia — eunjung tends to apologize frequently; she's protective over her marshmallows, very seldom sharing them with others unless they hold a place in her heart; she makes great cupcakes and cookies (lolwhut). theyre the bessssst.; she's right handed; she knows nothing about breaking rules.; when she does kill zombies, she would apologize because like i said, she doesn't like harming anything living.

» family background  — born in incheon, south korea, eunjung is your typical korean-chinese girl leading a blissful, happy life with her chinese mom, korean dad and her adorable younger brother. life was good and everything was smooth-sailing, until her parents decided to get a divorce. why? because her father was keeping a mistress. the moment eunjung's mother found out, she immediately took her daughter with her and went back to her hometown (shandong, china), leaving poor jongup with his father; hence adapting a chinese name, wen enjing. eunjung struggled to adjust to her new lifestyle without her brother and father, crying herself to sleep everyday because of the loss of their presence in her life then. she didn't throw tantrums even though she was a young child. she didnt dare to, seeing that her mother was taking it way worse than her. everyday, eunjung would see her mother with puffy eyes, red and swollen from frequent waterworks. hence, she worked hard, studied harder, and did everything to make her mother happy. chores and dishes, she did them all without complaint. her social life suffered by that, because she was always poked fun at by the other kids at school. they called her a nerd, a geek and a goody-two-shoes. this, resulting in her lack of confidence as she grew up. whenever she looks into the mirror, eunjung sees a nerdy, good-for-nothing girl. 

in shandong, eunjung  discovered that she had a knack for baking. and to make things even better, she loved doing it. therefore, she opened her own bakery with the help of her mother. the bakery became such a success that two pairs of hands weren't enough. hence, they decided to hire another helper, victoria. 

currently, their business has expanded and now, they have decided to bring their sweet delights to share with the people of south korea. eunjung is keen to return to here birthplace and to see her younger brother. (she's never really held a grudge against her father because of her forgiving heart. she can never find it in herself to hate or dislike him.) eunjung mom wasn't in the best condition to fly over. so, victoria volunteered to accompany eunjung on her trip. little did they know that a zombie apocalypse would take place while they were there.

» relationship — the tao-jung couple is probably the most awkwardly cute noona-dongsaeng couple you've ever seen. although tao may seem strong on the outisde, he's as soft as a marshmallow on the inside. he always finds himself giving in to eunjung because she's extremely shy. sometimes, so shy to the extent that she seems afraid. because of this, tao's soft heart just wrenches whenever he sees her. he just has the urge to run up to her and protect her from everything because eunjung seems so fragile. eunjung keeps telling him that she can take care of herself, but tao still watches out for her in whatever she does. tao is always encouraging her, telling her to be proud of herself. he often tells her this, "lift your head princess, or the crown might fall." eunjung sees tao as the younger brother that she never had, using him to fill in the empty space of jongup. but as time passes, she realises that what she feels for tao is more than just "noona love".

(tao almost turns into a zombie snack when eunjung saves him. its the first time she kills something, and therefore she has a mental breakdown. when night comes, she can't sleep because of the guilt that's eating her.)

(if you decide to kill eunjung off: she gets bitten by the zombies. tao rushes to her and tries to save her, -although it's no use-. she gives him a peck on the cheek, caressing his jawline. "tao, i could have taken care of myself." she tells him before slumping into his arms, dead. then she turns into a zombie, yada yada yada. )

(where eunjung bakes for everyone, but she puts a cute little panda on tao's cupcake while the others are pretty simple and plain)
