Awkward Question Time: Female Idol sanitary needs

Have you ever wondered with all the glory of their tight uniforms and whatnot that they can't possibly use pads when you know... T.O.M comes along for a visit. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL just wondering, do you guys think they go on the pill or use tampons? I'm so curious.

I'm pretty sure both the pill and tampons. But the pill not only controls the flow but also when you have the... visit... So they probably know exactly when they'll get their periods and how many days it will last allowing their company/managers to lighten their schedules. I'm pretty sure they don't cancel performances becasue of that but maybe not so many hours of gym or practise?

they probably wear tampons... or maybe the companies schedule around it. like whenever the members have a heavy flow they'll schedule interviews and if the flow isnt that heavy they'll have performances...

Oh god I would hate to use a tampon. I feel sorry for them if they do.
The pill doesn't really stop it though. Two of my friends use it to keep their periods regular (I think I should too but...).
