A good night workout
The best thing to do before going to be is having a good workout and a ice cold water no pop or juice just water ^_^
The feeling when your dont is just like your about to fall and when you land on your soft bed it just hurts more and your sweating *_*
Yea I know that feeling No I don't actually cause what I do is stretch before and after so you build up a little musical before you workout and after and you lose a little more pounds while stretching and workingout and did you know that you lose about 0.15 pounds when you sleep Justin in one night you need at least 7.5 hours of sleep just to loose that much. And there are some ways so stretching where it mat feel like working out but isn't.
You could workout for about 2 - 3 hours with music playing and it would only feel like 1 hour. When you get so motivated you can go for 3x the hour then you were going for.
Anyways good night people gotta wake up and have a shower die my hair and stretch then run then stretch then workout then stretch then have a salad then play my Xbox. Good night/day/evening people.
