Personality: Yeon Joo is someone who is honest and blunt, and is not afraid to express her thoughts and feelings. The only person this does not apply to is her mother due to their past. She is friendly towards others, and is not shy or quiet. She is talkative, and will even talk to objects or herself when she is bored enough to. She is outgoing and is always up for a challenge and she cannot turn down a challenge due to her pride. She takes pride in everything she does but does not necessarily brag about it to others. Her pride, however, causes her to take up challenges easily, even when it seems impossible, and she would very seldomly ask for help from others. 

She is a jokester, and enjoys pranking others (eg. pouring water on someone when they are napping, hiding somewhere and scaring the first person to pass by, etc.) and joking around, especially with those that she is close with. This sometimes frustrates others due to her mischiveous nature, but can be something people find cute as well; it just depends on the person. She puts in a lot of effort into what she does, even if it's trivial, as she feels the need to be perfect (eg. puts a lot of thought into her pranks, jokes, acting, singing, dancing, the way she dresses, etc.). In a way, she is a perfectionist, and this causes her to nag at others a lot when she feels that something is not done the way it should be done (eg. cooking, cleaning, etc.). As a result, she would often take it upon herself to do the chores in the dorm. 

Growing up a perfectionist, she cares about her school records very well, and works hard to becoming the 'ideal student'. She studies hard, and works hard to achieve perfect grades, and she would often accomplish this and is the top student of the school. Due to her blunt nature, she is sometimes viewed as someone who looks down on others, and so, she tries to be nice when speaking her mind. She is someone who cares about appearances a lot, and thus puts a lot of thought in what she wears as the way you look is what gives the first impression. While people may claim to not 'judge a book by its cover', it is a total lie as everyone judge people based on their appearance, whether it be a concious decision or not. She is not afraid to admit that she judges people based on their appearance, and would prefer someone who is good looking and dresses well. 

She is easily jealous, though her pride would not allow her to admit this, but her jealousy can be evident to others who pay attention. While she is blunt, she does not show it if she is feeling upset and about to cry, as she feels that it is a weakness, and would cry in the dark and when she is alone. She does not do aegyo as she does not know how to and feels awkward doing it, and will thus refuse to do it, but if she is forced to, she will just give a sulking face and try to pass it off as aegyo.

While she is not close to her mother and treats her coldly, she secretly still wants her mother to acknowledge her out of love, but refuses to admit this to anyone. Around the guy she likes, she acts her normal self, not wanting to be found out, but her heart races really quickly and she would blush very easily, though she would say that her cheeks are flushed from the hot weather, even when it is cold.

Family: 

Song Chi Hoon | 50 | Composer | He is a caring man who loves his daughter very much. He moved to Canada after the divorce 8 years ago, but still remains in contact with Yeon Joo. 

Lee Min Seo | 45 | Actress | She is a rather cold hearted woman who cares about her fame and fortune more than anything else. She lives in Seoul and has only recently came in contact with Yeon Joo after hearing that she is about to debut.

How I was raised: Yeon Joo grew up close with her father who raised her almost single-handedly. Her mother was a famous actress when Yeon Joo was still a child, and was thus influenced to become a child actress. She has appeared in several dramas and movies, but it was never revealed that she was the daughter of a famous actress as her mother's pregnancy was kept secret to protect her fame. Because it was a secret that Yeon Joo was the child of Min Seo, she hardly had any time with her mother, though like any daughter, she wants the attention and love from her mother, something she never got. Her mother did not want to reveal Yeon Joo as her child as she felt that Yeon Joo's acting was not good enough, and promised Yeon Joo that she would only acknowledge her as her child once she has enough fame. This caused Yeon Joo to work and push herself harder. When Yeon Joo was 8, she learnt that her mother had been having an affair with another man, though Yeon Joo did not quite grasp the meaning of it. When she reached the age of 13, her parents had a divorce, and Chi Hoon moved to Canada after Yeon Joo settled down in the trainee dorm at Frost. Since the divorce, Yeon Joo has not contacted, nor has she been contacted by her mother, and Yeon Joo no longer wishes to be acknowledged by her mother and does not want to have any relation with her mother. 

Now: Yeon Joo remains very friendly with her father though they seldom meet, but is now cold towards her mother.

How did you become a part of Frost Entertainment: Scouted through her past experiences as a child actress

How many years have you trained? 8 years at the age of 13

How were your trainee days? Pretty good although tiring. She was originally scouted to join the acting department of the company but was later transferred to the music and dance department but still receives lessons on acting which is the main reason why she had not had her debut yet as she spent most of her time as a trainee under the acting department. She was moved to the music and dance department when she developed a talent from rapping when she became friends with Chae Seo 5 years into her training at the company, and she asked to be put under the music and dance department so that she can develop this talent further and have a debut as an idol next to Chae Seo

Did you go to any other agency? As a child, she worked for several companies for dramas and movies (KBS, CJ Ent., Showbox)

How many times did you take the audition? Once, when she was asked to audition to guarantee her spot as a trainee

How you met: She met Chae Seo when Chae Seo became a trainee at Frost, and they eventually became friends from spending time together and leaning of similar interests.

How you act with each other: Yeon Joo is one of the few people Chae Seo feels comfortable with, and vice versa. They enjoy watching movies and dramas together, and would sometimes watch the old movies and dramas that Yeon Joo acted in. They both know about each other's crushes.

He is always like: Key plays the role of the mother of the group due to his nature. He is someone who nags a lot, and would often nag at the members when something is not done right, like cooking, cleaning, etc. This was mainly influenced by his grandmother who raised him as his mother fell ill when he was born. He is thus very close to his grandmother, though he was not close to her as a child. He is someone who plans ahead, and would follow through with his plans. He is the 'fashionista' of the group, and enjoys dressing up in different styles and concepts. He plans his outfits the day before, and would change his concept everyday. He gets jealous if other members have nicer clothes than him, but not to the point where he hates them for it. He is very blunt and frank, and would speak his mind. However, he has learned how to tone it down to make it seem friendlier, rather than harsh, and is a very friendly and outgoing person. 

He is tidy and organized, and thus feels the need to clean up or force the members to clean up their mess. He is also the one who organizes a lot of things in the dorm as well as photos. He enjoys photography, and enjoys taking a lot of pictures. He is talkative and intelligent, and he also has a sharp tongue which he is not afraid to use. He is not shy and expresses himself well, both behind and in front of the camera.

However, she was too shy at the time and rejected his offer and ate with her hands. When second grade was over, she started getting homeschooled, and they haven't been in contact since (video link of Key talking about this)

Our relationship is currently like: Past crushes, and while Yeon Joo doesn't know if Key still has feelings for her, she still has feelings for him as he is her first love but right now, he is simply her sunbae.
