The rumor saying that Kai's teddy bear had a camera installed in its eyes is NOT TRUE. 

It's wan't from a Filipino fan either, it was from a Korean fan where it was given to Kai at Incheon airport. 

This teddy bear was originally sewed by hand.

He didn't throw it away either! Here's the pic:
