“what's is love?”

To love is to die
Cause it’s something that makes you cry.
It’s always said to feel like heaven
But I say, “It is hell driven”

This poem is so sad but true
Heartbreak is a disease and the victim is you
Is that why you’re feeling so blue?
Or do you not have any clue?

Why is there such thing as love?
Is it really a gift from up above?
Or is it a curse from down under?
That hits us hard and strikes like thunder.

I’ve been a fool to this love game,
Am I the only one to blame?
I sacrificed much for you my dear,
Losing you is my worst fear.

But you broke me, I now hate you
I thought what you felt before was true.
You made me fall into your trap,
Held me so high then made me drop.

Heartbreak hurts more than any bruise.
A gun or a knife, what’s to use?
Maybe it’s time to end this all,
You watched me rise, now see me fall.

I was sitting near the classroom door
Looking outside then looking at the floor
Then I saw you pass by
I just knew that I couldn’t tell a lie

That I’ve fallen for you
Because of your smile
I held my heart; I felt that it skipped a mile
Because you looked straight into my eyes

I just don’t know what to do
Is it because I’m falling for you
Or am I’m infatuated because of you
But I guess that what I felt was true

I just can’t understand
Why do I want to hold your hand?
Why do I want us to be closer?
Much more than a friend, or maybe a lover

I listened to my heartbeat
All it does is skip a beat
How I wish that you could see me
Right here waiting for you to see

These feelings I have for you
Must be set free
But I know this time I should let this feeling be
So I hope someday it can finally be you and me...
