It's in the video's description but because I know you won't go and read it I'll just post it here ;P It's crucial to read it so you can fully understand!

STORYLINE: 

Sorry, I really wish I did a better job than this. Anyway, to the story ...
In the beginning, we all see Tabi, but he's deep within his own thoughts - thoughts of her. Where she is, how she's doing, whether she's okay and living happily...Tabi goes into a deep train of thoughts filled with memories of him, Bommie and the soft snow (mainly because he's somewhere with the the snow and a missing Bommie) but then he goes into an even deeper thought of when he first met Bommie. The innocent kind of love, the naive kind of love and the first love-kind of love. The kind of love where they grew together with each other's dreams. Tabi, a rapper and Bommie, a singer. Because they had each other, their dreams were achieved.
So let's rewind from the snow scene...
We have a super Casanova Tabi and a Bommie who's getting fed up with it. Fame and fortune does take it's toll. People tend to forget who they are and where they came from esp. with who they came with. Tabi's player days are over when Bommie dumps him. She just couldn't take it anymore. Enough is enough! But instead of crying over things like that, Bommie gets even! "That's the only way them, boys learn."
And what do you know, it works, Tabi's super pissed when he finds out Bommie can also have a "toy" but what's done is done/the damage is done. Tabi and Bommie are no more.
Let's fastforward a little bit now...
Tabi's a famous producer and Bommie's a famous singer. They have yet to cross paths and they're doing extremely well without each other. She's in her own world and he's in his. However, one night, because it's still a small world, they finally meet. Tabi's DJing and Bommie's there to promote her new album. But they pretend that they don't know each other or even see each other. We soon learn that Tabi can't get Bommie out of his mind. He realizes he's still very much in love with her. We can't really say the same with Bommie, because we don't know. However, Tabi goes out of his way to meet her. He figures - "She's a singer, I'm a producer - Let's work together" and they do. However, he finds out, Bommie's fallen for someone else. She bumped into him at the park and since then has been seeing him. Sad news for Tabi, he saw the whole thing :'( Angry, sad, hurt, heart broken...words couldn't describe that pain.
But Tabi's no idoit, he goes to find more information about Siwon, Bommie's new possible love. Tabi finds out that Siwon isn't who Bommie thinks he is and confronts him. Tabi tells him to stay away from Bommie and Siwon tells Tabi the same thing. 
Fortunately Tabi has a plan and takes Bommie away. Unsure of Tabi's intention, Bommie hesitates but gives in to him. He is her first love after all and they had more good memories than they did bad, back then. But she completely gives herself to him. Unfortunately for the both of them Siwon had other plans as well...and he brings in the guns.Tabi and Bommie decides to run away but was found anyways so Tabi forced Bommie to run away while he drives the car away to cause a diversion. Obviously, she wasn't going to go, she had no plans on leaving him, but Tabi meant what he said and so he pushed her out just so that they'd only be chasing him. This was to ensure Bommie's safety.
And now to the present....Back to Tabi and snow with no Bommie
We see them, once again, living their lives separately from one other and very unhappy too. The yearning, the attainment of love, the company of each other, the laughter, the tears -- all that can't even be shared among each other.
And then one day, as fate had it, Tabi spots Bommie. Afraid of Bommie's safety, he decides to not do anything. Daesung tells him to go over and ends up getting hit instead. But again, as fate has it, they meet once again. Bommie spots Tabi and their love unfolds once again.
