Why I have conflicting opinions on SM

I see this especially in SNSD. Notice how Sooyoung, Yuri, Yoona, and Hyoyeon only got one part in the song? Yeah yeah, they're supposed to be dancers blah blah blah.

Be a little more equal SM.

i think all Sones notice that..maybe SM want them to focus more on dancing,which I dnt knw y when they are actually a SINGER instead of dancers..
