{clothes styles} She dresses very conservatively and in fairly...ugly clothes that are often hand-me-downs from her older sisters or clothes they didn't like. Her sisters are bigger than her, so the clothes tend to be baggy and not in her style at all. If Jaebin was able to choose her own clothes she might stick to those clothes, though she wishes she could dress in bright colors and vibrant outfits. She really loves how they look on other girls, but for a girl that has always dressed like her to wear such nice clothes...wouldn't that be weird? That's how she views it, anyway. The only reason that she can be considered a flower girl (despite her beauty, those ugly clothes really are distracting) is because they wear a school uniform and her cuteness can stand out.

{personality} Jaebin is like four different people, all rolled up in one petite package. When she's at school she is constantly hiding behind Macchiato, and if Machiato isn't available, she'll hide behind anyone else that is. She lets them do the talking, and will only talk directly to them. She is painfully shy and, if you do by chance corner her without one of her friends to help translate between the two of you, she'll pretend you don't even exist. She isn't doing it to be rude but...what can she say to you? She doesn't know what to say! It's too hard keeping up a conversation with other people, because what if they ask her to go hang out or something? She can't be put in these crazy situations all the time! It's detrimental to her health. So Jaebin's eyes get all wide and she stares down at her desk like she's trying to set it on fire, praying to forget she even exists. She will then send one of her friends to apologize for her, because she's just too scared to do it herself (or she'll send a letter. Letters are easy and straight foreward, and they give her time to think!) 

When Jaebin is with the other Florists, she's much more relaxed. Those girls know her ins and her outs, and they know they'll get absolutely no where if they ask her where she wants to eat for dinner because she'll always freeze up and insist that you choose. She feels bad because she knows that she isn't the only person in the world that doesn't like making decisions, but what if she chooses a place to eat that everyone hates? What if they don't like the things she likes when she decides where to go? What if they stop being her friends when that happens, because they think she makes bad decision? It's about a million times easier to just let them choose and happily go along with it because honestly? If her friends are happy, Jaebin is happy. She loves it most when they're doing their favorite things, and she loves being able to experience those things with them. Even if macchiato consistently the wrong flavored bubble tea for her (because she prefers sweet flavored drinks and everyone thinks she likes taro for some reason) or if they always order her spicy jjampong even though she has no tolerance for spicy food, she's happy to enjoy it because her friends hoped she would. 

When Jaebin is at home, she has to pretend to be everything she isn't. She has to hold her head high and...[eep] make important decisions! Because her father is the CEO of a company and Jaebin is his only blood related heir, she is expected to inherit the company and in order to do that she's going to need to be strong and be able to make decisions that impact other peoples lives. If that isn't Jaebin's worst nightmare imaginable, I don't know what is. She can't even make decisions that impact her own life, much less the lives of thousands of employees! And whats worse, when Jaebin's dad isn't around, her step mother and her step sisters treat her like a dog and are always making snide comments about "Who do you think you are, walking around here with your nose in the air?" that only further serve to push Jaebin away into her shell. She's afraid to be confident because...well, what backlash is she going to suffer from the others?

And then there's gamer Jaebin, who plays xbox live and starcraft over the internet with other people. You haven't seen a real one eighty until you've seen that girl commanding an entire army, or bossing around other gamers. She's quite the strategist, and somehow even when the odds are against her and her team, Jaebin's master plans always seem to win in the end. Even though they can be a bit wacky and risky, (letting all your troops in one town get attacked so you can sneak attack the enemy town with all your forces alligned) Jaebin is a force to be recognized! If you were to hear her talking on her head set, you'd never guess she was the same Jaebin that hid behind all her friends. She makes decisions swiftly and with authority that no one can argue with. If only she could translate this to the real world, she'd probably be one of the best media execs in the business! Jaebin is also known for being a bit of a troll on online games. and she likes to joke around and make friends with her team mates. Once, she and her team went around playing evil pranks on other teams, just for kicks! Gamer Jaebin is funny, fairly outgoing, and strong willed unlike real life Jaebin because Jaebin figures, hey. No one knows who she is, right? So online Jaebin can be anyone she wants to be.

{likes} 

Sweet things, including candies, cakes, and fruits. But not too rich, and not with chocolate. She prefers those fluffy white cakes with the fruit slices and the whipped cream icing.

Salty foods, like chips and ramyun.

Starcraft, war games, strategy games, fantasy rpgs, free roam rpgs.

Bright colors. She likes shorts and colorful hoodies, or pretty blouses with flowers on them.

Her favorite color is Seafoam green

Her favorite treat to reward herself for getting good grades is sour apple ice cream.

Her favorite movie is Despicable Me, and she can quote almost the entire thing. Her favorite is "It's so fluffy I'm going to die!" and yes, that is her ringtone. But she keeps her phone on silent so no one knows, so it sort of defeats the purpose.

Cute cell phone covers, cute cell phone charms. Sparkly things. Super fluffy things like kittens and bunnies and stuffed animals.

{dislikes} 

Taro. Oh goooooood words cannot express how gross she thinks taro is.

Spicy foods. She has no tolerance and cries almost every time she eats it, but she holds it in so her friends don't find out and feel bad. Its her fault for not choosing what she wants to eat, so she should suffer the consequences in quiet.

Making decisions --obviously, haha

Being forced to skip school because she has to go observe at her dads company. 

When her step mom yells at her.

When she loses to that...that...D.O! Or his chatty friend.

The ugly hand me downs she gets.

Chocolate. Its too rich for her tastes.

{hobbies} 

She likes to play video games.

She really likes to sing. It's her one true passion in life, the one thing she won't give up no matter what anyone tells her. Everything about music is perfection to her, and she gets inspired to write songs from all facets of life. Her favorite songs are romance songs with sweet and happy endings.

Reading fairy tales. She loves fairy tales because they tell her that even a girl like her that had an evil step-mom and doesn't dress too pretty can find someone who will love her for everything she is and everything she can never be. She's a quiet romantic that day dreams about her prince charming...silently. She doesn't want to tell the others because she sees how cup cake teases poor chocolate. 

{habits} 

Although she never says out loud if she likes or dislikes something, she has her "tells". For instance, if she doesn't like the food or choice her friends make, she bites her lip and then smiles brightly. If she does like it, her natural eyesmile takes over and she smiles really brightly, and she sometimes claps if she really really likes it. 

She can't let anyone, especially her step-sisters and her step-mom, find out that she sings and loves singing and wants to become a solo-artist. So she sings in the shower, very very quietly. 

She taps her face (chin, cheek or lip but especially lip) when she wants to say something but is too afraid.

{special talent} She has a really lovely, really soulful voice. 

{trivia} 

She has won four gaming tournaments, including one online chess tournament.

She cannot swim unless it's to not drown, and even then she just sort of floats and waits for help.

She dreams of becoming a soloist. 

She has about a million favorite quotes that come from songs. 

She doesn't like to read much despite the fact that she looks like a bookworm. She only voluntarily reads fairy tales.

She prefers childrens movies because they always have happy endings. She cannot stand sad movies. 

She is really easy to influence and she's the easiest to be moved to tears in the group over a sad story or even a happy one.

She cries in the end of almost every Disney movie because she's a er for happy endings. 

She is sort of gullible and that means she's easy to take advantage of. If someone asks her for money and says something like "I need it to feed my kids" she'll give them all the money she has with her, which is sometimes a lot of money!

{background} Jaebin had a fairytale for a childhood. In her opinion, her father was the kind and loving king and her mother was the doting, beautiful queen. And she herself was a princess who basically had the world at her fingertips. Her mother loved to spoil her daughter and get her anything she could ever ask for. Since the family had a lot of money, she really did live the life of a princess. She had all the pretty dresses and tiaras a girl could ask for, and pretty much owned a mountain of stuffed animals. Her bedroom was customized to look like it came straight out of a story book. 

But Jaebin's father, although loving, wasn't always around. And even when he was, Jaebin (young as she was) was perceptive enough to notice that not all was right in her story book. Her parents were distant, and her mother always seemed to be sad after she spoke with Jaebin's father. And then, one day, Haneul appeared and her mother...left. Jaebin didn't understand it at the time, but Haneul had been her fathers mistress for some time and her mother found out. Her mother decided to part ways without suing her husband for everything he was worth and she didn't want to take her daughter away from the lavish princess life she had been born into. Of course she had no idea that Haneul and her two daughters would be cruel and wicked to Jaebin; she had met Haneul and Haneul had actually seemed quite sweet and loving! Plus she trusted her ex husband to look after and take care of his precious daughter. And Jaebin doesn't tell anyone about the way Haneul treats her, so there is no one that can protect her from them or understand the pain she suffers and hides behind her cute smile.

 

{mommy} 

{basic information} Gong Jieun ; 49 ; yes ; florist

{personality} Jieun is still a loving and sweet mother, but she is a little naive. She doesn't see how much her daughter has changed and she doesn't see how hurt Jaebin is or how depressed she can be. Jieun is a bubbly mother and she's a bit self-obsessed, so she talks about herself a lot.

{relationship} They don't have much in common anymore, and mostly when they meet up Jieun talks about herself and doesn't really leave room for Jaebin to speak. Not that Jaebin minds. She likes hearing about her mother, and she doesn't want to burden her by telling her that she doesn't get along with her step-family. And even though she desperately wishes her mother would come back and she could have that fairytale life again, she knows it would hurt and hinder her mother to tell/ask her that.

 

{daddy} 

{basic information} Kwon Jaesuk ; 51 ;  alive ; CEO of a Media company

{personality} He used to be very sweet and loving to his daughter. But now a days, he's really strict and snaps at her a lot and forces her to do things she doesn't want to do. It's sad because they both really love each other, but they don't know how to express it because they both have conflicting interests. Jaebin doesn't want to be CEO,  but Jaesuk doesn't want to give her any other options.

{relationship} Jaesuk basically orders Jaebin around and Jaebin reluctantly follows his orders. She misses her daddy that spoiled her and gave her piggy backs and checked under the bed for monsters.

{evil step-mom} 

{basic information} Kang Haneul ; 45 ;  alive ; Jeasuk's ex secretary.

{personality} In front of Jaesuk, she's the ideal step mother. She's doting and sweet and showers Jaebin with affection and praises. "Your daughter is so beautiful, Jaesuk. Your daughter is so smart, Jaesuk. Your daughter is such a respectful child, Jaesuk. Your daughter will make a perfect wife, Jaesuk." But when Jaesuk is away at work, this woman is a horrific tormentor. She yells at Jaebin constantly, and berates her for everything. 

"You're a failure, Jaebin. You're lazy, Jaebin. Your mother doesn't love you, so she dropped you off on me to take care of! You're a burden, Jaebin. You're ugly and unlovable, Jaebin!" She's always comparing Jaebin to her daughters. Jaebin is, unfortunately, much prettier than either of Haneul's bratty daughters so Haneul is always making her wear ugly clothes and she doesn't let Jaebin use make up or hair products unless she's going to school. 

{relationship} Jaebin tries to avoid Haneul and stay under the radar as much as possible. Basically she gets hime, does her list of chores, and scurries off to her bedroom before she irritates Haneul.

 

{oldest evil step sister} 

{basic information} Kang Seojin ; 19 ;  alive ; unemployed

{personality} She's the easiest to deal with out of the two sisters. She mostly just ignores Jaebin's existence, but she's been known to steal Jaebin's things and then lie when Jaebin asks about it, even though she's wearing the thing she stole or he's holding the cellphone charm. She doesn't speak to Jaebin very much because she prefers to ignore her existence, but when Jaebin does something that really makes her mad she'll hit Jaebin. Hard. Usually the things that make her mad are things like going out with her friends or smiling too brightly. She doesn't seem to like cheerful people.

{relationship} Well, she's the nicer of the twins. That's something, right? Jaebin prefers not to say anything to Minjin and doesn't confront her anymore when she finds out Seojin stole something from her.

{younger evil step sister} 

{basic information} Kang Seohee ; 19 ;  alive ; unemployed

{personality} She's the more wicked of the two. Even if Jaebin doesn't say anything to her, she's constantly picking on Jaebin and tormenting her by calling her names. She's the type to throw fits when things don't go her way. She seems like a nice and bubbly girl but she's really a wicked bully that doesn't like anyone that isn't a carbon clone of her or doesn't follow everything she ever wants. At least Seojin doesn't pretend to be something she's not.

{relationship} Jaebin cannot avoid this girl. Seohee purposefully seeks out Jaebin to torment her and taunt her.

 

{friends} She has her gamer friends, but she doesn't know their real names, ages...anything! Their tag names are up to you, by the way. I'm too uncreative.

 

{rivals} D.O. And his gaming partner (What is Chanyeol's gamer tag? lol). She doesn't know who this mysterious D.O is, but he's the only person in the gaming world that presents a challenge to her. She bickers with his friend a lot online and has thus clumped D.O into that same category of "guy that never thinks before speaking." She sort of admires D.O because he's just as brilliant with strategic movements as she is, if not even more brilliant. Her other goal in life, besides singing, is to beat him

{extra information} Naw, you picked a great character!

{relationship} Well they don't ever talk directly, because she is so shy, but she uses a translator (one of the other girls) wih him sometimes and she wishes she could ask him to tutor her. She doesn't do too well in school, shockingly. Math is her worst subject.

{first impression} Jaebin thinks he's very handsome when she first meets him. And although most people get the impression that Jaebin is an ice princess, Kyungsoo doesn't think she's like that. He sees her as shy.

{extra} Oh, god. So many! Hehe.

1. Kyungsoo notices Jaebin's "tells". He notices that she doesn't like spicy food and interrupts whoever is ordering for her and orders something else, like fried rice or something. Jaebin is all amazed that he knew and wonders if he's a mind reader or something, then tries to think at him to see if he reacts. He notices she's been stating at him for a long time and awkwardly nods at her with a smile, unsure what else to do, and she freaks out and then becomes convinced he reads minds.

2. Chanyeol tracks her IP number after her team completely destroys them in a sneak attack and drags Kyungsoo along and they find out it's Jaebin. I don't know what happens after that...hehe.

{extra} I thought about putting an EXO-M member like Lu Han or Tao and have them be one of her gamer buddies, and they visit their friends in Korea (exo-k) and he finds out that it's been Jaebin all along and has a huge crush on her immediately. What do you think? Is that a good idea?
