Music review : Suga Shikao - Amai Kajitsu

It starts off slowly, setting the rythm. The camera shows you the white room, with the black chair in the corner, and big windows right above the white bed. The sheets and pillow are white, the radiator is white, the plain canvas is white. You got the set.

Then there's the black chair, the white door hiding it a bit, and you see that the room is smaller than what you first thought. You can see that the floor is the same colour as the chair.

The white bed again, the dark floor,  you notice there's another radiator in the room. A dark desk, with a white guitar leaning onto it. A white and empty bookshelf, with what you guess it a radio on top. We're still at zero second.

The thing you thought was a radiopost is indeed a radiopost, a black one. You weren't really paying attention but now you see the windows behind it. You see outlines of trees and white sky. You can't guess the hour nor the season. It's like it's out of time.

Big shot on random CDs. The only thing you can see clearly is that one tape, with the reddish border. You don't know it but you have to turn it 180° to be able to read what it says. It says "LH - モエ". The Japanese writing means "Moe". Maybe you'll want to Google it because you don't know what it means, but you probably won't.

Then we're back to the third image. But this time it's a bit more angled to the left, and you look outside the windows you couldn't see before, still trying to guess the hour, when you still can't.

You hear a voice, saying "Hey hey"

Now you can watch the guitar closely. The way it glows makes it look whiter than it already is. Seeing the rainbow, may remind you of your class, where they taught you about prism and white spectre that's composed with the colours of the rainbow.

The guitar handle is long, black. The form on its right is way too angular, but it's not shocking. The day glows by the window behind it.

That's another guitar, but maybe you didn't noticed it. It's a bit damaged, it looks like nails clawed at it.

The shot now focuses on the white bed, white wall, white sky outside the white windows. It looks kind of blue from this angle.

You didn't know that there was a gap between the bedhead and the radiator, but now you do. The windows' reflection on the black chair looks like an S. The walls look grey from there.

Now the camera moves ; your eyes catch the light that makes the white look dark. A black thing passes quickly in front.

The floor is actually more of a light brown. Feet. You wonder why. But now there's something alive in the room. The toes are long, the ankles slim. You can't see higher than the forelegs, you can't even see the knees.

Six seconds have passed.

And now I'm dizzy. Why the hell did I just watch toes moving?
