➤  With charming looks and defensive skills to keep her out of harm's way, Mei Ling is fairly stubborn and likes to take on challenges; if she sets her mind to do something, she'll do it. She's set a goal to prove to everyone around that most men are all pigs, but not by yelling it out loud but rather showing men in their worst moment, one of the reasons why she dresses with a bit too much skin showing. She can turn from a adorable and caring girl when her friends (girls, or in default, Taemin & Ren) to a goddess in the blink of an eye.

➤ Growing up as the daughter of a wealthy CEO and a loving mother, Mei Ling didn't think that her future would come to be as dark as it did. At the age of 15, her mother discovered that her father had been cheating on her; this led to a very accentuated depression, which inevitably ended in suicide. Young and fairly immature, Mei Ling blamed her father and left for her grandparent's (from her mother's side) house, back in South Korea. Months after she had arrived, her grandfather disappeared, having left her grandmother and her to fend for themselves. Ever since, Mei Ling swore that men were nothing but sorry excuses of human beings.

➤ He frequents the Coffee shop where Mei Ling works, and after getting annoyed that no one but her can make the extremely&ridiculously complicated coffee beverage he always orders, it becomes a habit for her to always take his orders. She didn't have a good impression of him on their first meeting.

How do you act around each other? 
➤ Mei Ling is annoyed by him, mistaking him for one of those pretty playboys that crushes girls hearts (since he always has fangirls following him); Lu Han is fairly impressed and curious that Mei Ling doesn't swoon over his pretty looks, and what's more, that she seems to hate him when he's fairly certain that she has never met him before. They begin to have a hate friendship as time goes by, but Mei Ling tends to have the upper hand since she can pull the seductive card (and LuHan unconsciouly has a crush on her).

➤  He happened to swing by the Coffee shop where Taemin & Mei Ling work, to give Taemin a lecture on a project for a class they have in common, and Taemin introduces them to each other. 

How do you act around each other? 
➤  Lay, or Yixing as she prefers to call him, is somehow not affected by her already-proved-effective methods of seducing men, which just makes her try harder. She doesn't like him very much since he's always stressing and pressuring Taemin to work harder (thing he already does). He's intrigued by her obvious distate in men yet her obscession in making him fall for her, but doesn't make fun of her.
