If you don't know by now my friend died from cancer when we were in 6th grade.

Today she turns 15.

Sorry for those who dont care but i just want to wish her a happy birthday from everywhere.

So Julia Hillebrand, Happy birthday, you crazy girl ;)

Oh and and i saw someone left a pretty birthday wreath on my tree in celebration of you, and it says "From Julia's birthday Butterfly" And even NOW no one knows who's delivering these gifts. It's really pretty though!

it's already been 2 years..

But i still remember our inside jokes.

I remember your favorite color is blue

I remember this slang word we made up.

And everytime i say it it makes me think of you.

I remember you liked macaroni

with tuna piled on top.

And when you played your violin

I knew you would never stop.

Remember when we had that fight?

Remember when we cried?

Remember how old we were back then?

We were only 8 or 9...

but when you were 12 you got a tumor

and by 13 you couldnt even speak.

I wasnt allowed to see you for months

The days without you were bleak.

But now we're BOTH 15, and through the years without you it's been so strange.

but one thing I know for sure,

even through the days you've been gone

our friendship has never changed
