I will be deleting my fanfics.

Yes, I can hear all the protests >< [oh the horror!] but I have my reasons and if you will continue reading, perhaps you will understand :)

I love to read. I have been reading by myself ever since I was 5. So it wasn't surprising that I started to read fanfics when I went crazy over k-pop. Then one day the idea popped into my head: why don't I try my hand at writing one? At the time it seemed worth a try.

After a year, I completed my first fic. Which I find really when I look back on it now. Then I began my second one. But now I have come to a dead end. No matter how much I try, I always get stuck. When I read other fics (and books) I can't help but think of my own fic and what has become of it.

What I would like to do is to improve my writing skills, mainly creativity, vocabulary and style of writing. The journey to becoming a better writer will take a long time and I don't know when I will start a new fic. I want to share my stories with all my fellow fangirls. I want to be able to paint the image of my world with just my words.

I decided to try writing because, like most people on AFF, I love to write. Why else would we all one day think hey, I'm gonna wirte a fic just because other people do. It is not just some words woven together to create a story. It is a means of expression, to be able to create a world of your own is something that is done with love and care. It comes from the bottom of your heart.

I want to share my stories with everyone else here. But I feel that I should really improve myself. Not just for me, but also for you. So that you won't have to read a badly written stories. And so that when I once again open the tab on AFF to share a new story with you, you can imagine the world I have created.
