Some of the stories are I read was amazing and beautiful; it was well-written, but guess what? There are only a few subscribers and views. I was like what the heck? But then I found the problem...it was the tags. 

The first thing that the readers will see will be the title, a little bit of the story and tags. If the author only put one tag, e.g. romance, the reader won't be bothered to read such story, because they'll think that author itself doesn't care about the story, so why should they care?

But seriously, tags are important.
