1. Be friendly to those who apply and also the other staffs.

2. When you receive a request, try your best to finish it within the time limit given. For one-shot writers, it's 2 weeks. Graphic makers, 1 week. Trailer makers, 2 weeks. Reviwers, 1 week. If you have any problems, feel free to contact the admin.

3. Subscribe to our AFF request shop.

4. Try to be online at least 3 times a week or so. If you can come online everyday, that's even better. 

5. If you have exams or because of some reason or another you wish to go into hiatus for a while, inform the admin first. But try your best to complete the requests you have on hand before going into hiatus or you can inform the admin to assign your requests to another staff.

6. Be responsible. Finish up your requests and do not procrastinate.

7. Once you have finished up a request, inform the admin so she can post it up.

8. All requests are sent directly to your email. Make sure the email you provide is valid and has no mistakes. When you receive an email request, reply back so the admin knows you got it.

8. If you have any questions, feel free to inform the admin.
