It's our Christmas Party! But before that, we invited a speaker for our career talk. Dun. Dun. Dun. She's a writer! ^0^

Her family couldn't afford books and so she often borrowed from her neighbor. Her world expanded by reading books, making her experience things that money limited. And that is how she started...by reading other people's stories.

She told us that everyone has the capacity to write. It is just a matter of practicing. Hohoho. Write everyday. It doesn't have to be long. A paragraph or two in a journal everyday is enough. Don't mind the conventions. Just write to express.

Aside from practicing, we should read. Hohoho. One book a month.

Writing has the power to make things and experiences real.
