Hi, what's your name?

Hi, my name is Jung Young Min.

Do you have any nicknames? If you do, who calls you that and why? 

Min, the old lady who took care of me and my sis calls me that to differentiate me and my little sis. 

So, how old are you? 

I am going to be 23 on 25/12. 

Are you currently enrolled in any schools? If so, please me which school you attend.

I was attending The French Culinary Institute in New York while getting my degree in Law at New York University.

What is your nationality? 

I am full Korean but I have a citizenship in New York and Canada

Nice, where were you born?

Born in Jeju, South Korea.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Canada until 7 then i move to New York as i get adopted. 

What are some things you like or dislike? 

Mainly, i like sports like fencing, basketball, football and baseball. Besides than that i like reading history and mystery books. I love baking and hangging out with my friends. Things that I least like are tasteless coffee, things that are sour and hairless cats. There not really many things i dislike.

Do you have any habits? 

I guess i do which i sigh when somethings wrong.

Are there any interesting facts about you? (trivia)

Interesting facts? ( Thinking ) I have been into baking a long time since i was 6. The old lady who took care of me and my sis tells me that our parents were famous pastry chef before they died. I love to do new things when it comes to baking. I sometimes change the receipe. The grettest moment in my life is when i'm baking, i feel like i belong the world. ( smiles ). I've won some awards back then too. 

Ahh, I see. Okay, how would you describe yourself? Do you get along with others?

The best way to describe me is i go with the flow. I don't care how it happens and why it happens. I'm quiet but do socialize so don't consider me as emo. ( Small laugh ). I am responsible, independant well like any other good boys. Well, i do have some mean sense of humour because i will wehn someone fall instead of helping them.

If we had a situation where someone didn't like their order, how would you handle it?

In business, I think i would apologize first of all. Cause from what i learn in school, we need to put the best in our service to satisfy the customer's need. After all, it's best to avoid a figh with the customer cause the shop reputation is important too. Asking what's wrong is another way to handle the situation.

What position would you like? 

I would like to be baker since i am good in that field.

Do you have any experience in work?

During school, I work at the cafeteria cause the food there is somehow really expensive. So by working there, I make my own meals. When days off, I work at a bakery store near the insititute. Even after graduate i work there, but i stop working at the cafeteria. Sometimes I stop by to help in the institute when they are busy.

What other position would you like to have?

Waiter, maybe? Since i can improve to get along with people. A coffee maker is fine too.

Can you speak any other language besides Korean? If you do, how fluent are you? 

I am fluent in Korean, English and French. Well, i still make some mistakes talking in  French.

Alright, we like a request from you. Can you present us with any of your works? 

I will be glad too, I will present my sis favs:

1) Simple small cakes with filings inside. This macroons are best to eat on rainy days

2) This is a chocolate cake fill with rich amount of chocolate is called Burst

3) A simple truffle with chocolate filling inside

4)  Small tarts decorated with berries is called Heaven Sweets

5) Pretzels decorated with semisweet

6) Last but not least, my sis most favourite. This is my strawberry chessecake decorated with sugared strawberry is called Velvet which is name by her

How do you dress like? 

For me clothes that are simple and affordable is the perfect choice. Unlike my lil sis who's closet is full of branded clothes that she got from her work. Something that I oftenly wear is baggy jeans match with my shirts. When it comes to tops, I prefer shirts than t-shirts since it looks cool. For shoes, I prefer sneakers than sandals. During formal party, I will wear clothes tha almost looks like tux or suit but it's not a suit or a tux. Something that's nice but doesn't attract people to look at me.

Formal : one two three 

- i don't really wear often since there not many formal parties. If there is, red and black is the colour i choose but the clothes are not suit or tux.

Casual : one two three four five

- for me clothes that are easliy to be wore and clothes that doesn't attract others. This scarf will be wore in winter. My twin made it

Sleeping : one two three 

- just a short and long pants is enough. Shorts if it's hot.

 

Family 

Family Background:

My parents died when I was 5 after 3 moths giving birth to my little sister, leaving me with only a few memories with them. Me and my little sister was sent to an orphanage which is call Lavender since it's near a lavender field. The old lady who took care the place was our parent's friend. I started to go to school again, I learned Korean since my first language was english. I enjoy my school days and learn new things. After three years of living and going to school at Canada, where i met many friends, my little sister has reach the age 3. 

My little sister was really young when our parents died so she doesn't remember her times with our parents. Since i don't want her to feel lonely i have always keep her company. The old lady tell both of us that both of our parents were talented pastry chef before they died. The time i spend at the orphanage was fun. I met many friends incuding Ji Hye. The old lady taught me about baking. It was magic when she bake. We share our food with others. Food taste the best when we share, the old lady said. I use to help her for dinner. Sometimes, she thought me as a daughter since i have the characteristic of a girl. She meant a lot to us. 

After years pass, i have grown and become a good boy. I have finally reach the age 11.  Suddenly  friend of our mom come to take us. Both of us cried when we were about to leave. Our new mother has no child so she took care both of us like her own child. Our new father was kind too, he was a cheerful and rich man. Everyday he will bring back new toys and cakes for us. But the place was nothing like the orphanage. Our new parents saw both of us crying at night. To make us stop crying, they told us that we can visit the orphanage whenever we want. After two months pass, we visited the Lavender orphanage since mother got a call that the old lady got very ill, so much point that she may lose her life. 

Me and my sister got the permission to stay at the orphanage for a while. We went back home when she becomes healthy again. Being 19 and soon 20, i start my collage while my little sister starts having a part time job as a model for mom's company. Mom starts to have her own company and now it has becomes famous. Dad who use to be bad in baking becomes a famous pastry chef. While the old lady takes a well deserve break since dad has bought the orphanage. Our family move to Korea since mom wants to expand her company more and dad has a work there except for me. I will move to Korea after I get my law degree and graduate from the culinary school.

During my studies, i stay alone by myself since my family is in Korea but it was good, I have grown into a better person while following my dream. Now that I'm 23, I move to Korea to stay with my family. In fact, I will to use my family support and love to become a great baker and make my family, the old lady and my friends proud.

How you met your friends(One paragraph for each person):

Ji Hye: I met her at the orphanage since she is an orphan too. We were friend back then but both of us were seperated when someone adpot her. But we meet again in New York after i was adpoted. Both of us starts to talk about our children life. After a while we start to date but we broke up since she want to follow my mother to Korea and achieve her dream to become a model and put love aside. We are still friends

Tae Jun: I met him during visiting Young Mi in New York. He was her stylist and her friend. I became friends with him. As we becomes closer, I realize she has a crush on Young Mi. One day, I get a phone call from him saying her finally date my sis. I feel relieve somehow finding out who is my little sister's boyfriend.

Min Ki ( Ren ): I met him during I work at the bakery store in New York. He was the owner's son. He was really cute plus with her girly look makes everyone thinks her as a girl. Back then he was interested in baking, so the owner ask me to teach him some basics if i have time. He is talented in baking, he's also responsible and full of confident. Now, he becomes an idol. We still talk like before but not everytime since he's busy with his schedule but i'm glad that he's still the little junior i taught back then.

 

 

Love Interest

Name: Jung Soo Yeon \ Jessica Jung 

Age: 23

Birthday: April 18

Personality: 

Jessica is cute and y in many ways. She is sometimes cheeky and erted too. She is also stubborn and hot temper if things doesn't go as she want. When she's upset, she will went to the cafe and have a hot coffee to calm herself down. She will go alone than being with her friends and she is not her usual self. When she meets stranger, she will put her good girl act.

Jessica lives with her sister in Korea while her parents are away in America for a business trip. She skype with her parents everyday to keep in touch. Jessica is also a good daughter and a good sister. She is independant and responsible. She is great in her fist too when her sister is being disturb so it's better to avoid that.

How you guys met:  

We met in SM when my litle sister who has a photoshoot there ask me to deliver her some cakes. She is my only little how can I said no. I didn't knowwhere is the SM building since i'm new in Korea, i did get lost until I end up in front of a huge building.  I knew i finally arrive when i look at the situation; there was some high school girls waiting there patiently and 4 security guards securing the place. I tried to get in but the guards wouldn't let me in. I tried to call my sis or Tae Jun but both of them didn't pick up. Suddenly a girl pass came out from the building, she heading towards the me. She ask me whether I'm Jung Young Min. I said yes so she let me passed after i show my old student card. She was dress in a white blouse with black trousers so I thought she was my sis manager since i'm not a fan to this kpop. The expression she showed when i ask her if she was my sis manager was priceless. She showed me her pass, i was ashamed not knowing her. It was awkward when meeting her since my sis told me to bring cakes the next day.

Age: 23

Birthday: August 1st

Personality: 

Tiffany is beautiful and smart. She is the daughter of the Hwang Coorperation. When Tiffany is sad, she will have  a stroll in the park. When she is happy, she will hang out with her friends and go shopping. She is ladylike and sweet but sometimes she can be cheeky and erted. 

Tiffany has a bright smile that can make people fell for her charms. There is never been a guy who never fall for it. She can be a little be mischiveous sometimes. 

How you guys met:

During working at the bakery store in New York, i met her. It started when I was having a break outside the store. I saw a girl wearing quite covering clothes from top to bottom. She was looking suspicious too. Behind her, three suits man followed her. As she notice them, she ran away. I thought it was a kidnapping case so I chased them. They were heading in a dark alley but luckily i came in time. I beat up the guys but she stop me before i could blow my last punch. She said thanks and gave me a kiss. She also give me her name and left. When i came to Korea, I met her again. She was shopping clothes. She saw me and wave her hand at me. Both of us hang out but it was the first time we talk.
