Eeps, I'm back, guys.

I'm pretty shocked at myself, to be honest. A month or so back, I deleted my most "popular" fanfics and decided to officially leave AFF. I couldn't bear to delete my account though. A lot's happened ever since I created this account back in March of 2011, (when I was most crazy about kpop) and I've discovered my love for writing. I guess you could say this website was my first ever outlet to express myself through words. In a way, it helped me to realise just how much I like to write, although my writing was absolute CRAP then. Like, crap with a capital C.

After much consideration, I've started to write again on AFF. Of course, this account only contains my more lighthearted works of fiction featuring Korean bands like my first love, Girls' Generation. Y'all can find my more //serious// stuff on writinganddrifting.blogspot.sg! Ack, I don't even know why I'm blogging this when I have so little friends on AFF, you guys probably won't read this. Just wanted to like, write though. IDK if any discouraged amateur writers will read this, but guys, don't give up on writing even if you aren't getting >100 subscribers on AFF. Because honestly, on AFF, subscribers don't mean anything, and neither do votes/comments/blah. As long as you're maintaining your quality of fiction and up to a certain standard, (and by that standard I don't mean horribly written /maid/arranged marriage/blah cliches) you're being awesome by pursuing something you love even if you aren't getting the recognition you probably deserve!

Which is why I've deleted my fics where I've gotten >100 subscribers, because those fanfics were just a horrible, horrible mess of Korean-wannabe slang and horribly thought-of plots. They gained "popularity" because there were badly-written OTPs, slight fluff, and stuff to spazz over. Which is not what I personally want as a writer, man. To end off, it's 1 here in Singapore and I'm tired lol but I wanna write something for my only existing fic which I've renamed "Kaleidoscope".
