It's been a while, ne?

I took a break because of a trip, testing, and summer....*whispers* Joesonghamnida!

Welp, 

It's the last half of the year.....what is so big about that?

 

THE EVENTS!!!!!

 

There will be concerts in places that hasn't seen concerts!

Places like South America and Europe will finally get to see their favorite artists, thanks to the success of SM Paris.

But since a lot of you on AFF, like me, are from the US, I'll be focusing on my area...of course if you want info for your country, just ask me ^^

I, myself, live in North Carolina where the biggest event is a Toby Keith concert(Country music star...look it up). BUT, instead of crying because I can't get to LA, I can jump around like an idiot  and secretly put together my escape plan to New York.

MWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

Ah, New York. The melting pot of the USA. Every race is there. So why not hold a Kpop concert?....Or TWO? There's two Kpop related events happening in New York soon...maybe even three...

The first is this KBS concert featuring B2ST, SHINee, T-ARA, 4minute, TVXQ, etc....

Which is FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!That's right boys and girls,  Free...gratis!

The second one was just confirmed. SM concert NYC...they are currently negotiating the deal.

SHINee, some of SuJu why Heenim, why?!, SNSD, TVXQ, F(x)...and maybe BoA! That would be the best birthday gift next to the tattoo i'm receiving in January :) ahem, enough about me, eh?

*coughs*

The 3rd event is still unconfirmed,,,,,UKiss' American tour. Yeahhhhhh.....don't know much bout that one....

The second subject....SHOWS.

I love shows in Korea!

whether it's Dramas like Heartstrings, Lie to me, and City hunters.....

Comedies like the sitcom High Kick and gag concert....

Variety like Star king, strong heart, and happy together...

Music shows like Inkigayo, Music Core, Music Bank, MTV the show, and Mnet countdown

Sport events like soccer, Dream team, and the idol olympics(kekeke)

or Idol shows like Infinite's sesame player, Match Up, and 2NE1TV.

But one of the most enjoyable type of shows are the performing competion type. Shows like Superstar K2, Immortal song 2, and I Am A Singer. 

The newest one developing is SBS's Kpop Star, where the Big 3(SM, YG, JYP) have worked together to put on auditions in Asia, France, Argentina, New York, LA, and I think Canada...

The show will revolve around Skill level in any musical talent(dancing, singing, rapping, playing instruments, etc)

The winner will get 300,000,000 won (about $285,000 USD) and the chance to join under one of the three companies and become a trainee.

First you, download the application and fill it out. Then you email it to the address designated to your location. By september (haha next week), you will get an email telling you if you passed. 2nd round is an audition at the place nearest you. 3rd round is an audition in korea(flight and accomedations paid for)

This show is a big deal!

....I even filled out an application...Can't say i'm not nervous!..Wish me luck!
