}]DESCRIPTION{{  Ji Yun, is very expressionless person, she doesn't really smile much unless she is singing or listening to music. She ignores many people as well, which makes her come off as a cold person but really she isn't. She isn't one for talking and try to avoids it at all cost. She likes doing things her way and that's the only way. She is easily irritated and doesn't hesitate to tell someone to shut up. is quite loose as well, she will say anything without thinking of the other person. That being said, Ji Yun is nice in her own way. She makes sure people around her don't feel as uncomfortable as she does. If she does something to someone she is always the first to say she is sorry. She doesn't like hurting others its just how she was sort of raised.

}}BACKGROUND{{ Ji Yun was born in Busan, South Korea, by Lee Eunmi and Kwon Sang il she is the middle child of three. As she grew up she moved from place to place because of her dad joining the army. During the time of constantly moving Ji Yun got to experienced different types of music and venture into them learning the ends and outs of the music. Ji Yun wasn't much a talker during this period as well, her family and her wasn't really close. They kept to their business and she kept to hers, she began becoming very awkward around her parents because of her silence. They absentmindedly singled her out at times and forgot she was there at times. This didn't really bother Ji Yun at all, she wasn't one for attention and the less she got the more she could get away with. Once moving to the U.S, Ji Yun had changed a little. At this time she was in her early high school days, seeing as she is getting older she started to stay out more and come back late. Being in a new country would scare others but not Ji Yun. She openly enjoyed the new country, taking interest in they're styles, music, and culture. Going through six to ten hair colors, fashion styles, and music genre than she finally found one she liked.  Sticking to her new found love Ji Yun began getting out there more. Auditioning for school plays and musicals, joining dance teams, and even a traditional music club. During this period of her life she took great interest in ballet, it fascinated her to no end. So she began ballet lessons and that became her life. News came that Ji Yun and her family would be moving back to South Korea, oh how upset Ji Yun was. She had actually found a place where she wanted to stay and start a life of her own but she was still a minor and she didn't have family in the U.S to stay with. So she went back to the place she was happy to leave, its not that she hated South Korea just some of their views on certain things. That is partially because she never really lived there in the first place, so going back to Korea was the hardest thing to do. Moving back to Busan she thought she could continue her life as it was. This was wrong, joining in all her original activities she found it harder to keep up with her packed schedule. Something had to give, and it did. Early 2010 Ji Yun was involved in a car accident that ruined her ballet career. Everything she had worked for had so quickly slipped threw her fingers leaving her pained and shattered. Of course she could still do ballet but not as much as she would liked. Giving up on dancing for a while she focused only on her work  and even moved to Seoul for a better chance at finding a job. While studying she wanted something to distract her so she took up vocal training and hiphop dance lessons. Though what mostly got her through her days was her ipod that was filled with traditional and pop favorites, the long runs she'd do around Seoul, and playing the instruments she has come to love. 

}}TRAINING LIFE{{ Ji Yun was first scouted by SM on the streets of Seoul one morning when she was out with her mother but declined because she was uninterested at the time. A year later though she had surprisingly been chosen as a trainee for LEON Entertainment when winning a street singing contest, she stayed with them for about seven months but left soon after her brother was emitted to the hospital for a car accident, flying back to America to stay with him during his healing period. After that Ji Yun returned to Korea and auditioned for SM this time and making it through to becoming a trainee. During this time she had quit most of her daily activities and focused entirely on her newly found life. This experience actually brought her family together, since they've always been together or able to see each other when wanting. The new distance that has been put in front of them had them craving to contact their baby girl.

}}MOTHER{{ Lee Eun Mi | | She wasn't really that surprised with Ji Yun's decision on pursuing music, she gave her support knowing her daughter that never really needed her was fine on her own. That doesn't stop her from checking up on her when she is worried though.

}}FATHER{{ Kwon Sung il | | Ji Yun's father, was very pleased with his daughter. Even though he didn't give her much attention he knew she was on the path she wanted. He did wish that she had gone into something more wallet worthy than chancy though but he supports her all the same.
