Which do you think is better?

So, I have this friend whom I taught on how to make a poster. She made two posters and asked me which one is better. I honestly don't know the answer myself.

I would prefer A.
B is a bit... I don#t even know. The colors are too strong XD

the color didn't match well, i guess. I mean, she used black&white for the picture but the background is colorful, cheerful etc.

But if you ask me to choose, I chose A.
