Kimchi Tacos

So I'm looking over my pictures from my recent trip to New York and I've come across the food. The one that caught my eye the most is the Kimchi Taco from the Kimchi Taco Truck. Didn't know one existed? Well, neither did I until one day I was grumbling to myself about how I wanted some Korean food without having to sit down at a restaurant in Korea Way. He suddenly tells me how there's a kimchi taco truck, so we decided to hunt it down. Of course, by that time of the day, it was far too late to walk to it's location since we were already on our way home and we had already passed it. We would go on a later date when it was closer to the apartment. Okay, fine with us. Turns out, we were going to be gone the day that it was near the apartment and we'd have to get it at a later date (boohoo!) Anyway, I digress.  For those of you who live in or are going to visit Manhattan, get it. I got it at the High Line (30th and 10th, I believe). I'd rather chase it down at 47th and Lexington, though. I'd shop on the way. My goodness, it was a good lunch and cheap (about $8 with my purchase of water). The meat was well marianted and the kimchi was delicious. It was a beautiful summer day. After eating with my cousin, we walked on the High Line and took pictures. We eneded up all the way Downtown. I was far too tired to walk more and we got rashes from some flower. We still have no idea which flower it was, there were far too many. The first thing I'm going to do when I get back to New York is eat those Kimchi Tacos! :D

< My picture does the food no justice. I made those three tacos turn into six tacos. Maybe I should've tried another type of Kimchi Taco or maybe get something else from their menu. Again, I digress.
