I see, that's a pretty name, how old are you?: Thanks, I'm 20 in Korean age, 19 in International age.

Ah, alright, where did you came from?:  I was born in Illinois, Chicago, USA. Then my family and I moved to Seoul when I was 7.

By the way, when's your birthday?: My birthday is on 10 August 1993. I am Leo.

Ah, alright then, I'm noting that! So, what's your ethnicity?: I am American- Korean. My mom is an American lady while my dad is a pure Korean.

Well, I hope this doesn't offend you, but what's your weight and height?: I'm 170cm in height and 48kg in weight. I'm tall right?

And oh, what languages do you speak? Well except Korean and Parseltongue of course!: I can speak English and Japanese. I can speak conversational American- English because of my mother. But I still got problem with grammatical error. I can speak Japanese because I am one of the anime geek. I love KERORO so much!

Mind to describe your personality for a bit?: I can be described using one metaphor, the sun. I want to be a sun giving out light and warmth to the whole world, and to see everyone in my circles thriving in or at least benefitting from my radiance. One other important thing needs to understand is that I am the sign of extremities.

I innately want to lead and be a master, but for those I adore and revere, I am ready to become slave. I am very well organized and do things just the way they ought to be done, but it is also true that I am much better at organizing and systematizing others’ lives than my own. This trait of my sometimes borders on bossiness. But all this effort to improve another person’s life comes with an unnatural amount of warmth, kindly encouragement and a promise for help without having to ask, whenever it is needed.

The other thing about me is my creative streak, I possess some talent that hardly anyone around me is good at. But I can also be influenced very easily, and is prone to losing out against nagging criticism. I therefore have a great need to be encouraged and shown the right way. In friendships, I am very generous and caring, but may also get a little carried away and shower my affections on the wrong person. The same happens in case of love interests, but if the other person is the right one, he will find no derth of kindness and generosity.

I am very passionate and very faithful partner, but the problem is my extremely sensitive nature. And this sensitivity is on most occasions eclipsed by my influential and bossy exteriors. So it’s quite possible that my partner may have hurt me in something he says without his even realizing it. That’s why living with a me takes some getting used to.

Ah, you look pretty in these! What's your style of clothing?: Thanks! I love girly style. But I also love boyish and cool style sometimes. I'm the most susceptible to fashion trends and brands. I like limited edition items that bring out my personality. I has a thing for splashed colors and designs. I enjoys taking my credit card and going shopping in Shinsadong. There are many designer brands with character there. I love wearing short with t-shirt or mini skirt with blouse. I also wear mini dress. Here is some of my clothing style example:

Who's your family members? You know, in case something bad happens: My dad's name is Shin Joongkook, aged 49. My mom's name is Madline Olsen/ Shin Jungmi, aged 44.

Mind telling me a bit about your background? We want to have trainees from a good background: Sure. My mother is the original native that lived in Illinois while my father is from Seoul. My father works as a business man while my mother is a lyricist. My father own a shipping company thats specifically serve as a cuisine ship for people that want to ride and sight seeing along the Korea ocean. He is creative and caring. Though he cares for me dearly, he was taken aback when I changed my study and want to be an idol. He didn't really apporoved of my dreams, hence things gotten rough for us until a year and so when he finally supported me. My mother is sensitive and loving. We do argue sometimes but my mom always support my dreams to be an idol since she is in the same field too. I came from a high class family. I am the only child of the Shin family. 

How about close friends? Any idols? Ulzzangs? Models?: I have one idol close friend that is Luna of f(x). She is a 93 liner like me. She is smart and an energy pill. We always share secrets. We met at high high school. We are classmate.

Friends? Acquaintances? People you wish to meet?: I'm a friend of Chen and Tao. Chen is a year older than me, but I treat him like a brother I never had. He is gentle and quite romantic. I met him when we're still trainee. I was strolling near the SM building, waiting for Luna. Chen bumped into me while running because he was late for a practice. Tao is a 93 liner. He is a very conversative person. He always get bullied because of his bad Korean and I will be there to protect him. We met during trainee too. He almost got cheated by a shopkeeper while buying things in a shop near SM building. I was there conincidentally and gave the sgreedy shopkeeper a piece of my mind.

Do you dislike somebody? Like, a rival, be honest now! I know it can't be helped!: I know it's a bad thing but like what you said, it can't be helped. My so- called rival is Jiyoung from Kara. She is a year younger than me. She is matured for her age and don't like to be babied. We had been competitive in everything, rap, dance and vocal. Not that I really hate her, I never met her personally. We are rival because of our ability.

Ah, be honest to Manager Choi, who's your crush/love interest, perhaps you have a boyfriend?: I don't know if I got any crush but there's two person that I often think about. *blushes* I mean I can't get them out of my head. They are Teen Top's L.Joe and BAP's Youngguk.

Now that we're talking about love and I want to know more about you, how do you act around your crush/boyfriend etc?: More like cat and dog. L.Joe loves to tease me and we will probably end up chasing each other.

Aw, that's cute, what's his personality? Describe it a bit for me, yes?: L.Joe is known as the rascal rapper. His hobby is acting. He's good in English, playing piano and mucing composition. *grins awkwardly* Can i describe about Yongguk too? Yongguk is a tough and brusque guy. But he is very softhearted and cries often. His ideal type is a virtuous woman.

If, perhaps you haven't met, how do you want to meet him?: I attended the same high school with L.Joe along with Luna in Korea Art High School. He is my classmate. 

Well, if you guys had met, how was your first meeting?: I met Yongguk on tv? Okae fine, I never saw him in person. But I always watch him perform since his duet with Secret's Jieun.

Hm, could you show me a bit of your dancing? It is mandatory: y dance is my speciality. My danceskill  is most probably the closest to Kara's Nicole. We are both got slim and slender figure. I'm very flexible too. 01 | 02 | 03 

How about your singing? That's of course if you want to be a vocalist, you can show one if you think you're good at it: My voice is pretty high pitch and clear. I'm better in singing English song compared to Korean. Don't ask me why, but I just feel like that. 01 | 02 | 03

Rapping? Of course, that's only if you want to be a rapper, you can show me one if you think you're a decent rapper: I can consider myself as a good rapper. My voice is not as big or husky but it's easy to catch what I rap. 01 | 02 | 03

Do you have previous CFs or cameos?: I makes appearance in FT Island's mv, I wish (2012). 01

If ever you're chosen, which position would you like?: I'm fine with anything. I can sing, rap and dance but not the best singer, rapper and dancer. If ever I'm chosen, I would like to be the Jack of the all Threat.

Well, got any ideas for your stage name, if ever?: I actually got an idea for it, my stage name is Lily if i can. It is from my english name Lilyanna.

Oh, how about a fanclub name for yourself?: Hmmm.... My fanclub name is Blooms. Because my stage name is a flower, Lily.

Well alright, how long have you been training for?: I had been trained for 7 years.

Woah! That's amazing, I salute your strength! How was your trainee days? Is it good? Tough?: Thank you! It was quite a pressure for me during trainee. But with this pressure, I told myself that I must work harder. I will show my skills. I has evolved alot over the last few years. I consistently improves and reveals new talents.

Hm... what else... ah! What did you train? You know like, singing, rap, dance, acting etc..:  I has shown that I'm so much more than a one-dimensional idol. I was trained for singing, rapping, dance, acting and modelling.
