'' Being the ''Jack of All Trades'' does not always mean you will be in the spotlight often. Positions like ''Lead/Main Dancer'' or one of the vocalists can have more lines than you in a song. That's why you must always be improving every one of your skills. I do believe that sucess is within the path of this group.'' -Lee Soo Man
'' As the maknae, you are expected alot from the public's eye. Much aegyo and skills are predicted from you. You specialize in dancing and a bit of rapping which is similar to SHINee's Taemin when he debuted. Many fans and netizens are going to notice this so do your best to differentiate yourself from him. '' Debuting at such a young age is difficult; I would know. But your dancing is incredible. Your singing needs to improve but other than that, you're fine the way you are. '' People as young as you don't get to debut easily. The only people we had that debuted at 16 and younger were Girls Generation's Seohyun, TVXQ's Changmin, SHINee's Taemin, f(x)'s Krystal,Sulli, Luna and Amber and of course, BoA. Your dance skills are excellent and so is your rapping. For such a young age, you still need to improve on your singing. Please do your best and show the public a delight surprise.'' -Lee Soo Man
