Journal Entry #6- Jail and Nap time~

herro!
oh god, today was so tiring ;A ; but not as tiring as my friend's work schedule, how does she survive!?
anyway, i have a headache today TT TT so much things to do, so little time
Monday's are always tiring, right? -_-
i procrastinated on homework..shouldn't have done that, made me have to stay up later tonight, O A O
don't procrastinate like me, it's a bad habit >8U
XD
oh and school=jail
learned about naps today from a certain pony.
weird enought..
seems like if you nap for 30 minutes,you won't wake up groggy. i feel so stupid since i nape for like 2 hours. --"
Pony says:
there are 4 stages of sleep
1 & 2 are light sleep
stage 3 is deep sleep
and 4 is rapid eye movement
where you usually start dreaming
the benifits of sleeping
depends on the amount of time you take
stage 1 and 2 usually the only stages where you feel time changing
if you awake during stage one
you feel as if youve never even slept
stage one and two are around the 10-30 minute marks
in stage 2 your body prohibits stimulaion that it deems undangerous
allowing you to relax
during stage two memory consolodation begins
so if you wake during stage 1-2
you will increase in productivity
and many other thinks
after 30 minutes or so you enter stage 3
if awoken youll enter something know as sleep inertia
youll lose motor dexterity
and become more groggy
some people believe naps dont work
but thats because they have napped to long
