Lee Soojin: Had a crush on a certain boy called Kris. Mostly known as the 'different' girl on her school. Has changed school quickly after being almost caught Kris' ‘list’. She is ‘wanted’ by the organization Kris is in. Has to flee from one city to another one. One of the most appreciated members in Black Pearl.

Kim Jongin/Kai: Is involved because of Soojin. Knows who Kris is, but does not know what he does. He cares for some reason deeply for Soojin, and wants to protect her. He is gathering all kinds of information regarding Soojin.

Oh Sehun: Is involved because of Soojin. Knows more than Kai of the situation and tries to help Soojin.

P.H.O.E.N.I.X: Also known as the Phoenix Clan. Was originally ruled by Wu Li Fan, Kris’ father. When he died in a fight against the Black Pearl organization, Kris took over. Soojin has a (black) diamond that is actually very expensive and that cannot be paid with normal won, yen, yuan or renminbi.

• More info: Kris was actually a student at Daegu International School, the same school as where Soojin was. He discovered that Soojin had the crystal his father was looking for over years, and decided to put her in his ‘list’. Many think that his list is about which girls he wants to take, but it’s a list with the names of people he wants to murder to get the diamond.

Black Pearl: Also known as the Black Pearl clan or B.P. Is originally being ruled by Suho’s father, Kim Joonhae, but is currently sick. His grandfather, Kim Jonghun, was the original caretaker of the diamond. He opened the organization to make the diamond more known around the world. But after Suho’s grandfather died, Joonhae (his father) took the responsibility and took care of the diamond. He then discovered that Wu Li Fan, Kris’ father, planned to take the diamond away.

• More info: Suho took over his father’s position as the leader and helped Soojin to get away from Kris for almost 2 years now. He, and his team members, are trying to take down the Phoenix Clan with all the power they have. Soojin is part of the clan.

The diamond: Or mostly known as Osiera R'Tear. Is the diamond Kris' organization has been looking for. On the other hand, Suho's organization has been keeping the diamond instead.

• More info: The Osiera R'Tear has been found in France before. Has been named after the tree called Osier in France after it has been found in 1493. That year, the ancestors of Suho, who lives in France for a short while, found the diamond and kept it for years. Passing the diamond to each third son of the family.
  
  On the other hand, Kris' ancestors were very poor in the year 1493. They started hearing rumors of a diamond that was really expensive. They tried anything to get the diamond. In 1995, Kris' father started a organization to get the diamond.
