2PM’s Junsu will no longer be going by the familiar name known to fans.

On October 16, Junsu tweeted, “Because of a family matter, it was decided to change my name. Official stage name will be ‘Jun.K’ as it was before but the real name has been changed to ‘Min Jun.’ Junsu will no longer be used in the future. Junsu, or Min Jun has been performing under the stage name ‘Jun.K’ when producing and releasing solo songs. However, he will be going by Min Jun when working with 2PM.

It was quite surprise for me because suddenly he tweets about that. At first i thought it just a joking but when he also tweets the message in Korean and Japanese, then i believe it was true. Even my favourite member in 2PM was Nichkhun but when hearing the news that Junsu change his name make me sad.

I'm so sad actually because i got used to call him Junsu and hear people call him Junsu, Junsu, Junsu but that's was his decision to change his name. But at least he still preserved the "Jun" in his name so my favourite Jun brothers will not have change their nicknames.. hehe
