I always get the "New Comment Replies" notification, but when I click it, it says "No new comment replies"

HOW WEIRDDDDDD.

And I think it happens when I reply on a comment, then the one who posted the comment replies to my reply.

HOW FRUSTRATINGGGGGG. I mean, I have to check again all the replies on all the comments just to see the replyyyy.
