These days I am restless
My mind searching for my lost senses
My heart aching for tenderness
Cause the wound you left my heart is still fresh
And there are times when I feel like I’ll bleed to death
And times when I just want to forget
But what can I do when all I have is you
All I had was you
The light that shone through the windows of my life is now gone
The voice that cheers me on and keeps me strong has gone astray
And my reason to live is now lost
Walking around, I feel like a zombie
My life is monotone and sickeningly ordinary
I miss your laugh
I miss you jokes
I miss the days we enjoyed both
When there was no thinking of tomorrow
Cause all we needed was you and me
And the world beyond us was non-existent
And we had hundreds of possibilities
Hold my hand again
And take me back
Let me live another time
And I will always say ‘I Love You Twice’
