My laptop with my 200+ B2ST & SHINee gifs, personal pictures, music,

all gone! OTL

Apparently the computer had a virus (actually, it did for a long time, but it kept working) but one day my mom used it and it froze up on her. We turned it off but when we turn it back on the monitor is black but the lights next to Caps Lock and about the keypad keeps blinking. Apparently something's wrong with the CPU. But that doesn't matter. MY GIFSSSSSS

If any of you are techies, HALP MEH XD I'm currently getting online from this y netbook where the sound doesn't work. ):

That happened to me once. The screen was black for live.... EVER. Bring it into a store and tell them about it. It costs like 50 dollars but at least it gets fixed. My laptop has like 4000000000000000000 viruses (all my brothers fault) but I know what not to click so it's fine for me. But I don't let my mom touch it. I KNOW she'd jack it up. We're going through this whole complicated thing and ugggh. Bring it into a store okay?! If your lucky, the memory will be intact and you'll lose nothing! if not..... X.X

I am so sorry to hear this. The same thing happened to me lol BUT I wasn't into Kpop then so I didn't have anything important to lose... I'm not helping am I? =.= I'm sorry. Maybe you can send the laptop back to the company and they can figure something out? Call their customer service or something. Usually the source of the product knows its stuff best of course.
