Since young, her father taught her many things, wanting his daughter to be as successful as himself. Hye Min didn't object to that, since she also like science very much and hope to become a scientist when she grows up. She is a smart kid, she scored straight As in exams, she skipped 2 grades. When she was 15, her family decided to move back to South Korea and she continued her studies in South Korea. Her parents had high expectation of her, which caused her to be stressed out when she was 16. Since then, she became a rebellious kid, not studying and skipping school. She still scored high marks for exams but she does not feel contented and she decided to invent some chemicals to sell on the market. After that, she joied the underworld and started making money for the Boss.

Her father is a world famous scientist and he placed all his expectations on Hye Min because Hye Min's older sister had no interest in science.
