20,000 People!?

Oh my God! Please forgive me for saying God's name in vain, but it was an emergency! I cannot believe that at my jazz recital, there are going to be 20,000 people.. at LEAST. I was totally pumped and freaked at the same time. I mean how totally cool is that?! So many people spent money on something that WE are performing. By we, I mean Hart Academy, the dance place I go to. But I was really scared too. Its a big stage with millions of people's eyes on us.. and by us, I mean my jazz class, INCLUDING ME! :O I'm very scared. But I'm excited. What if there is some snobby chic dance critic or something and he sees Michelle [ one of my bffls ] and me dancing and he's like "Hmmmmm, these girls are FABOOOOO. I just NEEEDDD to put them up on Shake It Up!" ( Shake It Up is a television show on Disney Channel. The show has real-life dancers!!! ) I would be totally pumped and in utter shock! I would totally spaz out like a freak! I might have to to go to a MENTAL HOSPITAL for a few weeks. :-)

But, the only really TERRIBLE thing about the recital is that you really need to cake on the makeup. My mom never put on makeup on someone else. I'll look like a clown and everyone else will look like a gem. My mom had to put on makeup on me for the dress rehearsal, and I'm afraid of her touching my face again. You know, like totally ruining it! My friend got a better look! Michelle, I mean. I guess its the fact that her sisters are wayyy older like 12 and 18, so her mom has some experience. My mom has ZIP, ZERO, NADA experience.

But the great part is that Michelle is letting me use her eyelashes. Fake ones of course because what kind of demented freak pulls out eyelashes and gives them to another person.. even if the person is your friend or not! Maybe for a lot of money.. but thats besides the point. Anyways, before I so rudely interrupted myself.. where was I? Oh yes! The eyelashes. I'll look soo FABOO with them on! Right?!

I cannot wait until this whole thing will be over. But at the same time I can't wait until it starts!!
