How should one react?

I'm getting a serious load of comments where people state that my stories have made them cry....

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO ANSWER?! D:

I LOVE getting comments, but I have no idea of how to handle it when people tell me that they are crying because of me.
Of course I'm overjoyed that what I wrote was capable of bringing out such strong emotions, but most people don't like to cry and even though I'm sadistically rejoicing every time someone tells me that my story was powerful enough to bring out tears... I still feel as if I've wronged them blatantly .____.

So yeah, I don't know what to do about it... Keep commenting though, it's what keeps me motivated to write on, and I'll find a way to handle emotional comments as well as they are very useful to me ♥ Right now I'm just a bit awkward about it and I'm very sorry ):

When people cry because of the fics you wrote meant they felt your fic's content and is much appreciated, it's okay if at the moment you can't comment back. just remember, we support your stories. ^_^

Don't worry about it. I think a good author is someone who can bring whatever emotions out from a person. I've read stories where the stories are boring and then there were others that have made me laugh or cry. I know most people don't like to cry, but don't worry about it. Just keep writing.
