Style: She's one of the people who can't dress herself. Often, she gets her mother to help her dress before leaving the house. She is known as the simple girl of the group. Her friends would not let her leave the house until they had dressed her properly. One of her favorites peices of clothing would be a blazer, over-sized sweatshirts, and skinny jeans to finish it off. She doesn't like holding a bag or adding to many accessories.

Personality: She would be putting her hands up in the air singing, "Ayo! Baby, let's go!" She likes being competitive, and doing bets. Soojin would be going out on the streets, blast out the music, and start dancing to Gangnam Style. As a child, there was no 'shy' in her dictionary. It was being who was she and no afraid to just let it out. She was known for being competitive, loud, and destructive.

 

There was a problem though. As time passed, she eventually came to witness the drama sensation that all girls had, the popularity, and the ups and downs of life. Throughout high school, she then went into depression for no reason at all, shutting out her fellow family and friends. Then came a sunny day, where it was all back to normal.

 

The feeling of depression had upset Soojin as she vowed to not do it again. She changed her act and became more studious but that didn't stop the competitions. Although she was uptight and rude at some point, she somehow manage to apologize and change her ways for a while. Soojin is horrible at giving relationship advices, Science, the dark, and tests.

 

What I can tell you is that no matter how many times she failed, she never gave up. Even though that there were so few things that she had been good at, she continued to try and not give up. There were days where she felt lazy and bored but she would never leave things that she didn't finish. And that's what she the one thing she likes about herself.

Background: Little Soojin was born in Shanghai, China, the first child in the family. Despite wanting a boy, both her parents raised her as a boy but stopped when she turned two. That time, the small family moved to Seoul, South Korea in order to have more children and for a chance to let Soojin explore her other home land.

 

Although she had only lived in China for two years, she missed the place but came to love South Korea. The school had been the same and that was hard on Soojin. It wasn't until she was four did she find out that she would be a big sister. That did not please Soojin, and as time passed by, she came to hate her brother. Though, there are times where she would smile and be glad he had join the family.

The father of the family. Wanting a boy in the beginning, he began to raise Soojin as a male but quickly stopped when he realized that he wanted his little princess as well. As the moved to Seoul, he began to call her 'Princess' or 'Pumpkin' and was happily glad that he had a little girl. Although he was a strict parent, and obviously didn't want plastic surgery for her, he had always been supportive. The competiveness that Soojin got was all thanks to her father. Even though he regrets it sometimes.

The boss mother of the family. She is one who makes the decision and continues to make sure that her children will know how to take care of themselves. She often is the one teaching her children, and cooking for her family. As her children grew up, she made sure they did their part in chores. As for her husband, well, she makes sure that he doesn't slack off and be lazy. {like her daughter} As well as being a strict parent, she was the one who thought them how to speak Mandarin. The reason why Soojin is a clean freak is thanks to her mother. She likes it when her children clean up for her.

As the little brother, Sooyeon makes sure he does his job. His job? Annoying the heck out of his older sister, of course. Sooyeon's favorite nickname for his sister would be 'loser' and 'tomatoe' because her face gets all red after she runs. Sooyeon is known as the exact same as Soojin, except for the fact that he doesn't need to study. At school, he could skip class all he wants because he would pass every exam possible. The school board had let him to do so. That is one of the things that he brags to his sister. Although making fun of her is fun so him, if there would be another boy making fun of her, he'd be the one to swoop in and save her.

Soojin had been given a bet to prank a fellow student, Chanshik. However, before putting the fake spiders in his locker, she was surprised to see him have such a nice smile. Soojin had always liked someone who had a nice smile. After that, they had begun talking and eventually became friends. Soojin is a bit chicken to go up to him herself, though.

 

Years of Training: Five years

 

Trainee life: Soojin was descovered because of her face, to be honest. She was walking with her mother when a stranger supposingly said he was part of some entertainment and wanted Soojin to come. Her parents didn't want her to be in at first but agreed to it later on after hearing the determination in Soojin's voice.

 

Trainee life was hard. Soojin had never been a fan of dancing, or making up her own dance moves. What she didn't like was making up her raps and dance moves. She would always stumble out of nervousness and end up screwing up. What was horrible was not being able to see her parents and late nights. Every night, she'd sigh and cry herself to sleep.

 

It was the time where she wanted to drop out in the middle. It was so close until she remembered that she didn't give up. Not at all. So, she continued and no mattter how miserable or tired she was, she was the one who chose it. She didn't pity because she knew she could do it. Something that made her happy was her singing and making new and crazy friends. And with them, anything was possible.
